Pharmacist was rude; advised the prescription needed to be picked up within 10 days; I advised I would come on the tenth day because I’m waiting on another prescription and the pharmacist got an attitude because I said I would come on the 10th day; please give your pharmacist customer service training as well.

First, the pharmacy is advertised as being 24 hours, on the building and even at other Walgreens (which is why I went there), but it's absolutely not. In addition the staff are ruder than most and they charged me double what my script usually is. Worst Walgreens I've been to and I will not be going back.

Tried this location out recently since it was a 24 hour pharmacy and I liked that convenience. Unfortunately that's no longer the case and the pharmacy is now open 8am-10pm. Bummer but I get it, especially with this staffing market. Regardless, I have had problem after problem with their pharmacy in terms of getting my insurance to work. I've called my insurance 5 times, and talked with the pharmacist just as many times and no one can help me and they refused to call my insurance and get it straightened out. Also the tone and way most of the employees treated me during the process was hurried, cold, and treated me like a number instead of a human. There was one lady who was super nice and helpful, so +1 star for her. Also, it's probably out of their control (so +1 star here given the labor shortage) but they are way too understaffed for how busy they are. So overall would suggest skipping this location unless you're just buying something in the regular store quick.

I was shopping at this place one night when I was in the Rockford area, bought a drink and thought of going a quick walk around to find some other snacks. Everything was fine until I hear this older lady talking down to one of the workers. She was younger. So when I checked out and asked her what happened, she was apparently getting discriminated because of her medical conditions, especially going to the bathroom because of her medication. I have advices her to Sue them for discrimination. If she does do so, I will come in as a witness. Pretty good location, the staff were nice except for the lady talking loudly at the girl.

Always go inside if it's the only "pharmacy" location open 24 hours late at night. If you think going through the drive thru will be quicker, it probably wont be quick at all or you'll more than likely be ignored.

The service is above and beyond. My husband came in to fill up balloons for a birthday party, and even though they don't do balloons, the manager still found a way to fill up 5 balloons with helium!

HORRIBLE!!!!! I was on hold for almost 30 min trying to talk to a pharmacist. It was hilarious because when there was actually people in front of me that the answering machine would say sorry we are answering other callers there is (#of callers) caller ahead of you. Finally it stopped saying it completely and I assume that they were now answering other phone calls or just ignoring calls and dealing with in store but I finally hung up. Seriously don't bother with this store...they may be 24 hrs but they are the worst. What do you expect from Rockford I guess.

I have far too many complaints to go into here but the worst one was when I left a script for morphine and they later called to say it was too soon for my insurance to pay for more and since I wasn't totally out I didn't think much about it when they said they would "keep it on file" for a few days and would fill it when my insurance would pay. Several days go by and I stop by to pick up my morphine. What prescription? the pharmacist aked me. I then explained the story and he told me they don't hold prescriptions. Say what?!? I immediately went home and called the doctor's office to let them know either someone at Walgreens had stolen the script or they were careless and somehow lost it. My doctor canceled the first script before it was used but that's all I know about it. I have no idea what happened to my first script but all Walgreens had to do is watch the video to find out.

This is THE SLOWEST PHARMACY IN ALL OF ILLINOIS..under staffed and really busy all the time. That's just means they have poor management. It's been like this for years. Seeing how expensive everything is and every day items, you would think they could afford an additional employee or 2. They make billions from the over priced meds as well..
