This Walgreens was listed as closed in Nov 2024 however the store never closed. Only the pharmacy closed. Customer prescriptions have been moved to the Walgreens on Alpine and Guliford.

Worst pharmacy, I thought auburn street was bad. This pharmacy can’t get anything correct and are lazy. Always closed going on two weeks without libre 3 patches and last time went 1 month without insulin because they can’t get anything right.

This is 3rd day in a row with the pharmacy to be closed. Pharmacy is frequently closed automated recorded response may give you different reason for closure. I'm compelled to find a more dependable pharmacy.

Worst Pharmacy ever. Thieves! One nice lady tech on days and the rest don't care. Walgreens on Alpine found me a great deal. ($38.54 on July 17) on one of my dogs medication. This store refused to give me this discount, didn't even try to listen and walked away. They charged me $146.72 and have been over charging me for 10 years. Crooks! Take your business elsewhere. No wonder they can't keep this Pharmacy staffed and open.

This Place is ridiculous been going here for sometime now. It has gotten out of hand with Professionalism, never enough help an they act like you owe them their time. Another thing They just Close When they feel an your Screwed When you need your medication and u cannot Transfer Controlled Substance so u have to wait for Your Doctor to Switch it after Already waiting 2-3 Days ! Now You're Completely out of your Medicine an Walgreens needs to be Shut Down Completely No Professionalism With Them Period!!!!!!!

A very bad experience with the pharmacy customer service, long waiting time, and wrong information provided twice. Afterward, they told me to call another pharmacy and transfer my prescription, but when I called them at the other location, they said the pharmacy had to transfer the medicine, not me. I don't know what else to say. I do not recommend this pharmacy.

Had to call in several times to try to fill a prescription. The woman who answered the phone gave me incorrect information TWICE (all the while interrupting me and assuming she knew what question I was asking but being straight up wrong in her guesses), then made me come in in person only for the pharmacist to tell me to my face that the computers were down so she couldn't do anything... While actively typing on her computer and ignoring me. She refused to order my meds because she couldn't figure out the manufacturer's coupon. But yet somehow she was able to delete the meds from my account when that was NOT what I was asking for?Worst pharmacy experience ever.

Asked cashier if I could use coupon for the items I was getting her answer I dont know cool she use coupon I said did it work she said I dont know so then I proceed to tell her use my money I have toward my purchase she tells me you can't use a coupon with a coupon with bad body language Kool but you just said you didn't know if the coupon work so as I asked her name she walks off mumbling her name I said what's your name she told me bad customer service anyways called the nice manager on duty and got a understanding FYI keep your attitudes on the outside of the job all I did was ask questions next employee

Not sure what was up , abt 5 wanted to make purchase waiting for abt 2 mins , and saw employees talking , and asked for assistance , one gal said she be with me shortly , and continued with there conversation for at least another 40 seconds, I left maybe it's time for self check out

Walked up to ask a quick question at the pharmacy department regarding some baby formula, some female there was flat out rude and annoyed of me asking a question. If you hate your job just quit.
