It shouldn't take 24 hours to fill a prescription and 15 minutes to answer the phone. My wife was left in pain for over 12 hours waiting for her medication.

Pharmacy literally neverrrrrrr answers the phone! Was on hold for 40 minutes and just decided to drive to the pharmacy while still on hold. There was NOBODY at the drive thru or at the counter and nobody already on the phone… like why?? I’m standing there still on hold and they tell me just a moment. Like who are you helping??? JUST PICK UP THE PHONE. This is every. single. time.

Avoid this location at all cost they don’t know how to do anything right here, rather, if it’s find a product processor, return, or anything in between they simply do not know how to do it! That star just looks like a hang out for highschoolers after school. This location is five minutes Away from my house, and I’ll never stop here again!

This was my favorite Walgreens til I came across the young Karen with a mask at this location yesterday. Walgreens needs to train these people properly. They don't know or understand policy. If a customer presents their drivers license and doesn't want it scanned IS policy per corporate. This young girl obviously doesn't know better. Why does this keep happening? Not looking for a confrontation but some over confident employees are.

The people in pharmacy were extremely rude accusing my wife of threatening one of there technicians and they threatened my wife by saying they are going to call the police when she was talking to a different Walgreens I’m switching mine my daughter and wife prescription to somewhere else very rude they were when I called and asked never going back to this pharmacy

0 stars if I could. Always something when trying to get my medication. 1) app states medication is ready, pharmacy states otherwise. 2) don't put medication through insurance. Waited 3 weeks for them to do their job and was lied to about it. 3) "forgot" to ship a fedex from the store for medication delivery. 4) unable to online order due to... some reason the pharmacist didn't even know. It is just constant with this pharmacy. I'm done. Going to CVS or Wal-Mart going forward. I don't have time for their nonsense. People take medication to live, and clearly they're not trained properly to understand this.
