I can not say enough great things about Wheels by R.T.! Especially Terry. First of all, their inventory has some beautiful cars! I was looking at a car in their inventory and submitted an inquiry. Terry reached out promptly. He was great to speak with. Very down to earth and not your typical "pushy used car salesman". We spent some time while discussing my interests and options for financing. I am 5 hours away in another state, which can make things challenging and scary at the same time but Terry was there with me every step of the way which gave me comfort. The comfort you will want when buying a sports car from another state. Throughout the process Terry helped me to put every step in place so once I made the drive to pick up the car everything would be seamless and seamless it was. Terry and I spoke on the phone so many times he feels like a family member now lol! The professionalism didn't stop once I arrived. If you've ever bought a sports car at a dealership before you'll know how awkward it feels when the salesman is attached to your hip. Like they don't trust you with looking the car over or test driving it and they hover over you while you are inspecting the car. Not Terry, he handed me the keys and gave me all the space I needed to feel like I could really inspect the vehicle and play with it comfortably with no pressure. The document process was super fast also. Took about 10 minutes to finish and Terry handled that also which was the icing on the cake. I never liked the way other dealerships' salesmen hand you off to a new person for the paperwork once they've hooked you in. It feels like those other places just don't care about anything but making a sale. Again, not here. They really are top notch. I highly recommend them no matter where you are located.

Purchased a lightly used '23 Ford Bronco (2dr) from Wheels by R.T. in June '23 and was very pleased with all aspects.We worked with Terry who I found to be extremely professional, straightforward, and amiable. I greatly appreciated Terry's cordial demeanor and lack of a typical car salesperson's pitch/pressure. Ditto with the up-front pricing. Wheels by R.T. put the CarFax and window sticker with the online listing too. Though the list price was a tad over the CarFax specified median, this is understandable given continued production shortages of Broncos.Overall very satisfied with Wheels by R.T., the purchase, and Terry in particular. If this dealership has a vehicle in stock that you're considering, I wouldn't hesitate to stop by!

I bought a 2017 Hyundai from here. Payed a relatively high price per the blue book value in 2020. Was assured that the owner does extensive research on the vehicles he purchased to ensure good quality. However 6 months after purchasing the paint started to peel from my car. When I looked into it this, this was a known defect with these models, year, and color. Fast forward to know, I payed a good price for a car that now has very large chipped paint on the hood, roof, and is starting to peel on the sides as well.

Yes, they have a great inventory of cars BUT you should really consider their Service Department for your auto repairs. Top notch service and way more affordable than those big ol car lots.

This should have been posted 6 months ago.... Sorry Terry Burke! With Chrysler plant basically firing everyone.....I had to downsize from my truck. I gave Wheels By R.T. a try, so glad I did. I knew what I could afford and Terry walked me through the purchase of my Vehicle. He was professional and got me in a vehicle close to what I wanted for the price. I have never seen a ratty car on their lot. I went this route because big dealership .... enough said. I would recommend Wheels By R.T. And Terry Burke was a genuine guy who's been with the company for a very long time. Give them a try! Thanks again Terry,Sorry for the Late REVIEW!! Love my Durango!!

I would highly recommend wheels by R.T. Terry and Brian definitely do anything they can do help make things stress free and easy to get things done. My car got totalled in a hit and run and through the stressful process of dealing with my insurance company and being 39 weeks pregnant, they made sure to check in and see how things were and made me feel at ease to have a back up plan to purchasing a replacement. Me and my husband purchased a replacement with there help and get things back on track. These people care and are willing to help.! ?

Sales manager Terry was very patient and nice. He was not pushy at all or a wise guy toward an old woman like me. Did not add on the woman charge because I went there alone. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable car! Thanks! Get the warranty and take the car to the service shop for repairs. Oil changes, and etc.The place was clean, organized and there were cars for sale in the show room. Other staff were friendly and very helpful.

Service department has always done a great job taking care of my oil changes. Purchased a few cars from here, they do not do much dealing, but are friendly and mostly non invasive when using sales tactics.

Usually you know what to expect from a dealership/car lot. Normally you have to haggle and fight tooth and nail to get what you want. That’s not the case with these guys, and I mean that in a good way. RT, without any issue, gave me a great value for my trade, finance got me the best APR they could, even if it took all day, and they sold me a car that was worth the price they were asking. Plus those on staff were very friendly and at no point did they give off the stereotypical “used car salesman” vibe.I won’t need to for awhile, but any future car purchase I have, I’m definitely seeing them first if they have one I want again.Thanks for the Vette, and thanks for the experience
