I’ve had nothing but good experiences with this bank at this location on Northridge. Dawn and Shannon both are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. My last visit I walked into them sanitizing the high traffic areas and I appreciated that. Cleanliness is just as important as handling banking. I also witnessed them being mistreated by a customer and as bad as he treated them they both remained professional.

One of the worst decisions of my adult life, was choosing this bank to handle my funds. It's been about 6 weeks, and I've had 3 major issues, initiated by and directly effected by Woodforest National Bank. If you don't have to bank here, please avoid it.

Not customer friendly at all. I use a cane to help walk, I enter bank, there’s two people sitting at the desk in the back, when they noticed me they asked me to come to the desk in back of bank where they were sitting. By the look on their face they weren’t doing bank business. I shake my head b/c I couldn’t believe they wanted me to walk where they were sitting. The NEW TELLERS aren’t customer friendly, they aren’t willing to help with any situation I have had. I WILL BE CLOSING MY ACCOUNT SOON!

After waiting in line for 45 minutes I finally made my way to the teller I had a $200 money order from Kroger's endorsed by Western Union to cash.she informed me that they had to call the Western Union hotline to find out if the check is good. After their phone call to Western Union they informed me that my money order was fraudulent and I asked the reason and she did not know I'll just said was it's fraudulent so needless to say I closed my account immediately because this is not the first time they have done this to me this is a really terrible Bank their lines are too long they have no drive through and if you wanted cash into change they tell you to go to the change machine in Walmart which insulted my intelligence because they charge you $0.12 on every dollar to process your change in my opinion this is a worthless Bank this Woodforest location is at the Walmart in loves Park on Riverside avenue

Everyone is friendly. Great customer service. Gives you 24hrs. Before getting a overdraft fee. Only negative is they do not have a drive through

great bank mangagement and it shows with its employees. Tellers are always happy to assist you and take care of any situation for you. open 7 days a week is great benefit as well

The employees are very nice. It's just the online banking is horrible and if your account goes overdraft and it hasn't even been 24HRs they are quick to charge you the over draft fee which is ridiculous.
