Extremely outdated raggedy equipment. And don't dare use a CC in their machine. It will hold an entire $20 for days for a 5 dollar wash. Then after you authorize $5 it steals $20 plus off of your account. Scam much! There are No signs with instructions and details regarding amounts and minutes usage. Talk about a blind transaction which isn't even legal. Then you contact Cris Riverside Corporate, yes he said he was corporate...and he obviously hates his job. He was rude and offered no resolution. Just combative and rude. Days later and still no resolution. Might be time to file a BBB Complaint at this point. RUN from this place.

Definitely not impressed. I just got my car washed here and I got the speedy detail with the best wash and they didn’t even vacuum my passenger side or wipe anything down on either side. I have three kids who I do let eat in my car so that’s on me however there are still crumbs everywhere. I came here because I had always loved how super suds did it. I will most likely not be back unless it’s for an exterior wash only. The photo I posted is one after my car had been vacuumed??Update… doesn’t look like it was towel dried very well either (picture of rim) Changed to 1 star. And after further inspection they vacuumed under none of the seats. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Very unsatisfied with the new wow car wash and just the place in general. Paid for a car wash and the water and soap didn’t work whatsoever. So then I called them and after like a week they called me and told me they’d be there to repair it or give me money back during the week and they never called me back.

Went through the touchless car wash, with tracks? I everything seemed to go okay but thought it was unusual for a touch less to have tracks, especially metal. Once I exited wash I checked to make sure no scratches as we just bought the car. Both driver wheels have scratches on them I know we’re not there before. There is oil rubbed onto the rims from the dirty car wash. Had to rush to pick up my daughter since I got a call she has a high fever. Have been trying to contact someone to get my rims fixed and no one answers. Phone number one website direct you to the one on perryville and the women was rude and said she didn’t know what location she works at and couldn’t give me a number to contact someone

Will likely not go back unless it's my last choice. Recently our Super Suds on Perryville Rd Rockford IL became WOW. WOW is right. High prices low service. Will definitely be looking for another full service wash because this one sure isn't

This place is a joke. Half of the options on the dial don’t work, and the “high pressure” wash and rinse have about as much pressure as a kitchen sink. They’ve got flowers out front but they can’t even provide a reliable service. They basically stole $8 from me.

I usually pay 10.00dollars for automatic but everything was 5 dollars. They did have the blue and pink wax turned off. It was 5 dollars so can't complain the car got clean but missed the extra wax shine. It will get dirty in a few days anyways.

Just like others had said was charged $25 to use the car wash for 5 minutes to wash my car mats. The machine says $3 and my bank account says otherwise, both phone numbers I tired no one picks up. Very shady.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

This place is a scam really. I washed my car yesterday to get the salt off and I've read the comments but wasn't sure about the 25$ comments. What it is is, I washed till I pushed on the stop button, timer still went on for about 10-15 seconds after I've pushed the stop button, and it stopped at 9$ and some cents and it switched off. This morning my bank statement says I've payed 25$ and not 9$ and some cents. I wish I took a picture of the Machine when it said I've payed only 9$ , I'm sure some attorney would love to have a chat with the owner.

It's ok. Their card reader at the automatic car wash doesn't really have a screen to let you know if your card is accepted or not. You just kinda have to guess.

Self service car washes are my favorite. So far Wow wash has been my #1 favorite. I bring all my friends out here to wash their cars.* please note that after you finish youre car wash $25 is a PENDING charge until it it tallied up* after it will charge you for the exact amount.*Also to the owner* the driveway has not finished drying in the cracks and I’ve got tar on the shoes:/ my fault for stepping in it.Services: Vacuuming
