My son and his friends were riding bikes when one of them got a flat tire. They went into AutoZone to try and fix. Keegan helped them and was so kind and patient with them until I could there. We completely went above and beyond. Thank you Keegan!!!!!

Terrific team - SO helpful! I was in today to replace taillight bulbs. A nice woman in the ALDI parking lot told me I had a light out. Both Shelby and Andrew were so helpful -
got the right bulbs for my car AND replaced them for me! I’m so appreciative of their friendly expertise and help. I will forever be a customer!

Awesome customer service. My headlight refused to come out, but Mark never gave up and now I have a working headlight! He definitely went above and beyond normal service to get this done.

Jacob G. Had real knowledge of some parts that were missing on a used vehicle I bought. He was able to pinpoint a kit that could be put in that no other auto parts store even knew existed. They all carried the same parts, but knew nothing. Jacob G. saved me a ton of time and effort with his knowledge and help. Thanks!

So I went to AutoZone today to get screws for my license plates because I bought a used vehicle and the screws on the license plates was stripped but Zach, Shelby and Caleb, was able to help me with used screws and washers that AutoZone had used in the past and did not charge me. I want to say I appreciate the great customer service that you guys provided. Keep up the good work you are awesome Rockton AutoZone Team ?

The Associate Zack was a big help. I needed to get my back plate off to put on a new one. He did what he had to do and asked me before doing so and was able to get it off and put on the new one. He was very helpful and had a great attitude to go with it. I will go to him for more help when needed. Great guy.

It was one of the coldest days on record in January and Janice took care of my waning battery on short notice and Zach went out in that cold and replaced my battery all in under 15 mins so I could get to work on time. Thank you Janice and Zach for your expedient and wonderful service. The battery is running great and my car is starting now as if I just got it off the lot.
