  Wasn't disclosed of the membership after paying nearly $200 for a singular chip. Ive signed up for the monthly sub 3 times and they fail to keep it going. The chip isnt always recognized, as ive had our vets over the past 4 years check for it. Prices constantly going up and standards down. Crazy work

  24 Petwatch recently really came through for us recently, as well as many times in the past! Our cat was at an emergency vet last week for 2 nights for breathing trouble and fluid around her lungs, and we were refunded 80% of our bill, around $5,000.00 withing a few days of submitting our claim.   I have been with 24PetWatch for 8 years for my beloved rescue. I had to do a couple of large claims for her and 24PetWatch was very responsive. I can feel they are caring and concerned. Claims were paid in reasonable times. I will go with them again for insurance for future pet.
