Wasn't disclosed of the membership after paying nearly $200 for a singular chip. Ive signed up for the monthly sub 3 times and they fail to keep it going. The chip isnt always recognized, as ive had our vets over the past 4 years check for it. Prices constantly going up and standards down. Crazy work

Our cat was at an emergency vet last week for 2 nights for breathing trouble and fluid around her lungs, and we were refunded 80% of our bill, around $5,000.00 withing a few days of submitting our claim. I have been with 24PetWatch for 8 years for my beloved rescue. I had to do a couple of large claims for her and 24PetWatch was very responsive. I can feel they are caring and concerned. Claims were paid in reasonable times. I will go with them again for insurance for future pet.
