I would easily recommend this business to my family and friends. They were on-time, responsive and very easy to work with. The project manager even quality checks all work along the way without being asked and is very communicative about any findings and the solution(s) followed to remedy any unforeseen issues (including pictures). Pricing feels fair when compared to other businesses; no hidden fees. 3k Home Improvement completely replaced my roof and gutters.

I absolutely love this company. I recently moved to the area and was bummed because my old company was amazing. I needed a new roof and siding and was looking around and found 3k home improvement. I was blown away by their kindness and efficiency. I recommend this company to all my friends and family. If you’re looking for a new roof and siding, this place will not fail to impress you.

This is the best company to do our roofing and siding job. Very professional, and the job was on time. People are so nice and friendly. The salesperson was very professional. The people who worked on site were very professional. After they finished the roofing and siding, they cleaned adequately. I strongly recommend this company.

Sharing my experience with this contractor who installed my shingle roof on 03/28/09. On Tuesday, April 7th, I experienced a huge loss of shingles from high wind; close to a 2 bundle area of shingles. No other house in my neighborhood experienced shingle loss. It was highly unusual, but the roofing contractor performing the repair immediately knew there was an underlying cause: the shingle nails were improperly placed during installation, causing a ripple effect of shingle wind resistance failure. He checked other shingles that were slightly lifted but could be resealed and found the same improper nail placement. This contractor likes to chase hailstorms and work on roofs that insurance companies will pay for. After signing the contract, he'll outsource the cheapest crew to install the roof without any regard for supervision of the crew to cut expenses and increase his profits. Unsupervised, untrained contractors will make mistakes like nailing at incorrect places in the shingle. A shingle nailed incorrectly will probably hold for the length of this contractor's 5 year labor warranty, but there is no chance a roof installed with incorrect nail placement will hold from wind stresses over the expected span of time as stated by most high grade shingle manufacturers (15 to 25 years). As a result of this contractor's negligent installation of my roof, I am faced with the choice now of either paying thousands of dollars a year in roofing repairs after each high wind weather event in my area, or I'll have to get a another new roof after 11 years. I tried to settle with this contractor without filing a complaint. He acknowledged the narrow nailing area prescribed by the manufacturer for shingle placement that his crew did not follow, but he refused settlement--citing the 5 warranty. I also should note that he probably violated his own contract since the contract states "roof will be installed as per standard practices". Do not be fooled by this contractor's A+ rating on bbb.org (which is a joke of an organization for references and complaints, but that's another story); they would not post my review of this matter or follow up with my complaint even though I provided them with overwhelming evidence of this contractor's negligence--citing that the matter should be settled in small claims.
