Everything I have ordered from this company has been delivered in a timely manner. Whenever I have had problems with a tool, they have always repaired them at minimal charge. I would recommend Allen Staple.

My order was refunded after numerous attempts and after threatening to get credit card company involved. And leaving multiple angry voicemails. How do you run a business and not respond to serious customer concerns? I ordered the same item from another company and it shipped within 24 hours of order placement. You can't take someone's money and not provide order status. At the very at least you need to respond to multiple emails.

Great company run by friendly people. Good prices on the staples I use (I'm an upholsterer), but what I'm most satisfied with is the tool repairs. They get my tools back to my in working condition faster and cheaper than anyone I've used in the past.
