Long time verizon customer but decided to switch carriers after repeated service issues. Lisa was a delight to work with!
Her as well as the assistant manager (Jon?) where both so wonderful and knowledgeable. I really appreciated the time and care they took to explain everything to me. Couldn't have asked for a better experience from start to finish!
