Called in for a load and after hearing the details i said i will pass on it. Broker called me an idiot for no reason and hung up. Completely unprofessional!

This broker lied to us about the delivery appointment and continued to lie. My driver arrived at his delivery upon arrival they told him it take 13 HOURS to unload and broker is aware of that. Obviously they didn't inform us to scam us into taking it without our consent of the long delivery. We had to cancel loads because of it. We lost time and money. STAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN FROM THEM.

CEI did a wonderful job to get my product hauled for many years. They were an integral broker for my network for both regional and national OTR hauls.I worked closely with Randy, who was always extremely responsive to my needs as a customer. The rates were always highly competitive and product arrived on-time and upright in most situations -- and if there were any issues, I was proactively notified so we were able to be prepared.Highly recommend!

Compensation for layover after spending an entire day and a half on a load and delivering it to an overflow warehouse. Only $200Didn't even cover fuel and time on load.SMH.Don't waste your time and fuel with these guys.

Booked a reefer load drove 75 miles to pick it up and was told someone else picked it up 5 hrs earlier,company only pays 150.00 for tonu for reefers,which is dry van rates,was told by a broker at this company if I put this on a review I would not haul for this company again, so with my experience with this company I would not recommend doing business with this company, tonu should be 300.00 for reefer,
