Brought my car in at 10:30 for an alternator. Fully expected to have to make an appointment. Nope. Said they could do it same day. Be done by 3. Quoted a price that was fair and it was done at 1. Have had some other repair work done there. They are honest and very professional. Can’t recommend them enough!Service: General repairs & maintenance

These guys are the best! Professional and very honest. I’ve been going to them for all my Jeep repairs and they are very thorough. They show me exactly what my issues are before any work is started. Very trustworthy and genuine people. I highly recommend them!

I came in today (Saturday morning) with no appointment for an oil change on my Tucson. Also needed to make sure it was not burning or leaking oil. The gentleman who was in the front was super nice. He explained that since I didn’t have an appointment, it would probably be an hour wait. They took care of my car and addressed my concerns perfectly. And it was less than an hour. 30 years of family cars fixed here. When the dealer screws up a warranty job, Express fixed it! We do everything here, even things that cost a little more, he uses good parts, and its fixed right.

I called and asked about replacing the exhaust flex pipe. They said they had time to look at it for an estimate in 3 hours, which was the same day. When I arrived at 3:30pm they took the car in immediately and within minutes provided a price for the repair. They told me it would be done by closing the same day. At 5:30 they called to say it was done. All I can say is wow, great service!!Fair price and efficient service! I highly recommend Express Auto.Service: Auto exhaust system repair

HORRIBLE SERVICE! If I could give a -1 I would because of how awful the ENTIRE staff was. Not only was I given false pricing and information, but then after telling them to hold off on doing the work, that parts were not in for or not told that work was already being started, they proceeded to do the work anyway and told us that we needed to pay the full amount NOT agreed upon! They denied that they ever talked to us about the hold and the pricing. I would not trust this place and beware as you could get a lot of your work done somewhere else for WAY cheaper!Services: Auto brake repair

It's been several years since I used this auto repair shop. There has been no problem in the meantime, but recently the owner's younger brother has been doing bad manners to customer and try to overcharge repairs, so I'm trying to inform you. 1) They don't give customers detailed receipts for oil changes or repairs, only credit card receipts2) There is NO detailed price list for repairs and oil changes. So the oil change's cost is different each time.3) BEWARE the express auto shop in ROLLING MEADOW, NOT Chicago.

I have been using them for many years. Mr. Park is an honest mechanic. If they cannot do the work, they say so and not waste your time. The prices are reasonable. If its major work, you have to schedule as they are a very busy shop. But if its urgent, they will try to fit you in.

My go-to mechanic without hesitation.If you seek discount, this is not the place. If you are worried about overcharge, no worries. They will charge you exactly what they'd provide service for and nothing more. They will not try to convince you to fix or repair the unnecessaries and only work for what your vehicle needs. That is all I need for mechanics.

I've been using Express Auto for years and they've always been consistently professional and honest. when they say Express, they mean it!recently we had an issue with a check engine light and they offered to check it immediately. even thought it turned out we didn't need their services, we still got come consulting about how to fix the issue, and what the plan of action for repairs would be. thoroughly love them here! we 10/10Services: Vehicle Inspection

Do not trust them they are negligent they destroyed my engine dropping a bolt into the cylinder head they kept the truck for over a month after doing so to replace the engineThey gave me 3 months warranty on engine & 6months on the labor for partsThis was in September it is February & immediately after the 3 months I am now having issuesThey basically made up a whole Lotta reasons as why they need to charge me between 300-800 to fix it1st saying the parts causing the code didn't come with the replaced engine then stating that they did & they swapped it cause one was more rustyThey said that the only way the labor would be covered is if internal part went bad even though this was all problems due to their negligenceI RECOMMEND TO FIND ANOTHER SHOP OR YOU WILL REGRET EVER COMING HERE AS I DID THEY DESTROY AN ENGINE LEFT THE TRASNMISSION LEAKING THEN WHEN PROBLEMS ARROZE THEY REFUSED TO HONORI garuntee if the internal parts wen bad they Would make up more excuses as to why they won't honor their paperwork

my sister has used them 4 years. my car needed extensive work. dealership wanted 5ooo to do the job. Express auto did it for 2900. my car rides and drives like a dream. clean, professional ,polite, picked the vehicle up a day early too. they've got me as a customer for sure!!!!
