I had a really disappointing experience at this FedEx location. The woman who assisted me was incredibly rude and unfriendly. She didn’t even greet me—I said hello, and she completely ignored me. Throughout the interaction, she treated me with such a bad attitude, rolling her eyes just because I was asking a few questions. Customer service should be about helping people, but she made me feel like I was bothering her for no reason. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

I wanted to get a heads start on some holiday gifts for my family and the staff at the FedEx Copier Store was amazing! David was very patient with me as he explained what he could do to ensure that the photos of my Dad would look good blown up to poster size of 24 X 36. Upon seeing them, my Dad was blown away! He even wrote out inspirational messages for my nephews on them! Thank you David and FedEx for making a lifetime memory for our family!

Rude customer service. We were coming in return a package and as we greeted her with a simple “Hello”, just after walking in, the employee just immediately responded with “You missed pick up.” She had such a passive aggressive tone in her voice and the entire interaction with us just trying to return something felt uncomfortable as she looked us down. I usually don’t write reviews, but this time around I couldn’t shake off the blatant passive aggression of the employee to my mother.

We sent in a menu card for an upcoming wedding. The file format we used was not sized properly. When we went to pick up the order, it was exactly like the file but we wanted the card narrower than what was printed. David initially helped us with the details then Jacob took over as it required sizing changes, font spacing, color changes, cleaning up fuzzy lettering, etc. We should have started from scratch and given these guys free rein to start over. They worked the document over several times while we were in the store and they nailed it. Our daughter, the bride, was very pleased with the outcome. We came here to have signs and banners printed for our prior wedding shower. Now here for the menu cards. We WILL be back for the wedding programs. These guys are great and very patient with customers having very specific quality requirements. Thank you!

I had a few different types of print jobs I wanted done, small quantity personal photo work and downloaded images and reproductions. David was outstanding in helping me get exactly what I wanted ! He completely handled the job quickly and knew immediately what I was after and took care of everything perfectly ! What a great customer service personality and so patient and kind and informative ! He totally deserves recognition of his outstanding professionalism and ability to help customers ! I will absolutely return here because of him and his skills and kindness. I totally trust this fed ex location and David to turn out quality products ! Thank you David !

We went to this place to print passport-type photos.
It was the best option, since Walmart does not currently do it and it is cheaper than Walgreens.
The store was not very busy, the facilities were clean and tidy.
The staff, despite not speaking Spanish, did their best to communicate and provide the required service.
