Many thanks to the staff at the Rolling Meadows branch. Yesterday I brought my 94 year old mother there to sign papers for a HELOC. The staff could not have been more professional and helpful. The manager who greeted us at the door , Carlos who directed the closing and the lady who notarized the papers all were kind, patient and knowledgable. Great job !!!

My experience with First American has been nothing but GREAT. Jennifer Kossman was able to lock me in on a low rate and close without any issues. Also, Becky Visser was a pleasure to work with when I had questions about my account. Very responsive, courteous...Would recommend them to others.
