“Fastsigns of Arlington Heights, IL made my project extremely easy and had the order done quickly. I needed window decals for a mobile office so I contacted them late on a Friday afternoon. I received a prompt reply requesting more information, to which I as able to reply and upload my design/artwork. Withing a few hours I had an estimate for the project. I was able to approve, and pay online. When I arrived in Arlington Heights a couple days later the project was completed and we picked it up. “I've always had such a great experience at this place. I order, and then pick up at their Schaumburg office.This time, however, I was 3 hours away. I tried calling some local places, but their prices were 2 and 3 TIMES more expensive. So, I have them ship them to me.I ordered, expecting them to be here on Friday, but they arrived Saturday afternoon. I think it was just about 48 hours from when I ordered.I know they want to temper expectations, and probably love getting extra money from rush jobs, but these people have their organization so smoothly run, they probably don't get as much as they should.By the way, I've been meaning to post about them for a while. I'm kind of an idiot, and I've ended up calling them because I uploaded the wrong files, or used the wrong payment method. Their customer service is patient and effective, fixing my problems easily every time.And everything comes out looking great!Honestly, I hate dealing with most businesses, but m13 is great!”

The vendor we worked with on our wedding invite suite did not meet our expectations, so I was nervous I was going to need to DIY everything myself...But then that's when I was introduced to my savior, Jonathan! Not only was Jonathan able to create everything we wanted in the look & feel of our wedding invitation suite, but he absolutely crushed it!
