My Great Clips sign in appt. showed “0” minutes to wait.
I walked in and both hair techs were working on customers and had to wait at least 15 minutes.
Why have the app. if the time information is incorrect.

Very bad experience! My 8 year old son wanted a haircut showed picture and the lady Marie did exact opposite it was supposed to be nicely faded haircut she just made him bald all the way around and left uneven hair on the top couldn't even fix this have to wait until it grows back now he's wearing hat all the time it's that awful . Do not recommend !

They won’t even listen to you. Told them I like my hair longer and that it was just a bit grown out from my last cut, she proceeded to rush through my haircut and cut it shorter than it’s been in five years. If you want your hair to look good or have any personality go somewhere else.

Started going here recently as opposed to my usual in Mt Prospect. I might as well have pot a ball on top of my head and cut around it. Probably one of the worst haircuts of a lifetime after explaining to the stylist not to cut it too short as it sticks up !!!!
11/15 Update Owner called me and offered a couple of coupons to take down the review. I told her I wouldn’t sell my soul for a couple of lousy coupons and that I would rather leave the review here so that others may get a more professional haircut!

I took with my daughter to get a hair cut today just to cut the dry ends and asked for a face frame cut. She did not cut the hair even. At the end I asked her to fix it and said they won’t do it because I’m too picky and should go to Mario Tricoci…this is Great Clips. When I asked for refund to go fix it somewhere else , they said no refund.

I just got a haircut at this place I’ve been going to for over 7 years now. Today was the first time i was so much disappointed with my haircut. I had to straighten out my own hair at home after paying $30!!!! When i asked for my hair to be washed I was simply looked at like i am crazy, the woman doing my hair responded “if i have gloves i’ll wash it” what kind of hair salon is this?!?!? After I paid to wash my hair she did such a bad job i had to miss plans and go take a shower at home!!! After she was done washing my haid i sat down on the chair and she said “what you want?!?!?” I was like aren’t you gonna dry it and maybe style a bit?!? She rolled her eyes! What the hell is this place!!!!! Never ever going there AGAIN! Shame on management for not taking care of their customers! I want my $$ back for this hell experience ! Management check on your employees! So frustrating
