I just got a haircut at this place I’ve been going to for over 7 years now. Today was the first time i was so much disappointed with my haircut. I had to straighten out my own hair at home after paying $30!!!! When i asked for my hair to be washed I was simply looked at like i am crazy, the woman doing my hair responded “if i have gloves i’ll wash it” what kind of hair salon is this?!?!? After I paid to wash my hair she did such a bad job i had to miss plans and go take a shower at home!!! After she was done washing my haid i sat down on the chair and she said “what you want?!?!?” I was like aren’t you gonna dry it and maybe style a bit?!? She rolled her eyes! What the hell is this place!!!!! Never ever going there AGAIN! Shame on management for not taking care of their customers! I want my $$ back for this hell experience ! Management check on your employees! So frustrating

The lady that cut my hair did a horrible job. I get a very simple haircut and i felt she just decided to do whatever she wanted and started cutting CHUNKS off. It isn't fixable and I hate it so much.

Listen to me, the haircut that I just had, I did not like it at all, I showed the barber the style that I wanted. But it was not even close what I wanted. I looked like beans!!!!! Even I have picture day and I won't like it at all! Plus, the barber did not even cleaned off my hair when he was done. My MOM had to do it better. Now, I feel embarrassed. NEVER AGAIN!!!

The stylist Danielle completely messed up my haircut. After I explicitly told her what I want she proceeded to do the opposite. When confronted about it she stated that she “didn’t know what what the term weight line meant” and her reasoning was that she’s “not a barber”. (?) When asked why she didn’t clarify if she didn’t understand she stated she “just assumed I wanted what everyone else would want.” Overall an awful experience.

If I could I would give a lower score. I went there maybe 20 min ago and got the worst haircut in my life. The gentleman who was helping me butchered my hair, it wasn't cut correctly, he did it very quickly and now I'm stuck with a hair cut that looks horrible.

They don’t follow queue. Online checkin is waste. You need to wait. After online enroll, you walk in and told the stylist she needs to check you in , so you won’t loose your place in waitlist.But the stylist have to remember who came in first and call upon one by one, doesn’t sound right to me.

I've been ther a few times I'm am currently cultivating a relationship with my artists. I am reasonably happy hopefully going forward once they understand exactly how I like my haircut I will raise my rating and reevaluate this review
