STAY AWAY! I was just on the phone and I asked for air in my tires nicely when I arrived and one of the mechanics literally said "its right there, you can just do it yourself" and walked off. I don't know his name but he had long curly black hair, a lot of tattoos and piercings. So rude and unprofessional, never going back for oil changes or any other issues ever again. TERRIBLE!

They didn't put the o-ring for the oil filter on my car in the right place causing all my oil to leak out while I was driving which ruined my engine. They then refused to pay for repairs. Find another oil change company. Jiffy Lube doesn't train the people properly and won't take any responsibility. Their manager wouldn't return my calls. You can't afford to do business with them.

I had never been before so I didn’t know you’re supposed to wait for someone outside the garage and then leave your keys and go inside. It unfortunately took a while for me to get someone’s attention (thinking just cause it was a little busy). However, once someone was able to assess the situation they were very nice and helpful. Overall nice staff and would recommend.

$108 for a full synthetic oil change. Took about 15 minutes. Staff was nice.

Rarely feel the need to leave a review but Jen went above and beyond for me during my visit. I’ve worked in similar settings and it’s easy for a group to ignore meaningful customer service, especially when things are busy but Jen and her team have found a way to accomplish both excellent customer service and quality service. If you live in the area and need a reliable team to service your vehicle I highly recommend giving this location a chance.

The Jiffy Lube on Plum Grove Rd. and Euclid in Rolling Meadows has been consistently excellent in service.
The person who took charge of my oil change and coolant drop was very friendly and professional, and informed me of the oil top off option, which I will be returning to this location for, between oil changes.
Despite having to spend more than I intended originally, I at least feel quite pleased that they had my car's health in mind and assured me it was for the best. This team does a bang up job, and should be proud of their work

I recently had my Subaru Legacy serviced at Jiffy Lube by Francisco and Ted, and I couldn't be more pleased with their excellent customer service and hospitality. They took the time to explain the benefits of choosing Jiffy Lube and the perks they offer for maintaining my car with them. So I called the night before to ensure they had the filter needed for my car and to get a price since I was sending my wife over because I couldn't get off work and we needed an oil change for an upcoming road trip. I asked multiple time are you sure you have everything. "YES WE JUST GOT OUR SHIPMENT". He even told me who to have my wife ask for. My wife goes they don't have the filter and the guy acted like he didn't know what she was talking about! Okay. Lesson learned. Having been in the military I lost sight of the fact that everyone doesn't have integrity. I'm most irritated that my wife had to go out and waste her time. Needless to say these guys couldn't change the oil in my lawn mower. Really sad.
