“Had an easy experience buying a mattress here from Chris. I decided after a couple of “Amizon” inflat-a-foam mattresses I wanted to go back to springs (pocket springs). I’m kinda tired of all memory foam. Know going in that mattresses at different stores will look different and have different names. Best to go on manufacturers websites, decide what you think you want, then go to the store and if you like one, purchase it there if you have a good sales person. I think I got a Sealy Posturepedic or similar. (I got a Sealy Banstead). Delivery scheduling is great, they text and call and they were right on time. I was delivered what I ordered, no bait-n-switch silliness. All went well!”

“Did I think I was going to go into a mattress store and want to live there? Absolutely not. This is not just a typical mattress store, it’s a whole experience. I went in just to check out their pillows but was invited (not pressured at all) to try out one of the most wonderful beds ever. Mary Anne, Mary and Cynthia were all wonderful. Mary Anne asked me about how I sleep and what I prefer and picked out the best options for me. They have fresh, clean sheets of their super comfy bedding to put on the pillows to give them a try and let me know how well they clean each mattress with people coming in and out all day. I Was honestly afraid to go in because I didn’t want to be pressured into try to buy some thing But basically, I was just given the facts. The vibes in there are immaculate, giving it a nice comfy, fresh feel. Very contemporary modern decor that just felt *right*. Also, I had no idea they had candles until today, and coming from someone who has tried every candle on the plant, these smelled wonderful. I’ve worked for the Walt Disney Company and Apple, two companies that thrive on providing top notch customer experiences, and I think it’s safe to put Purple into the same category as those two.”

We searched the usual furniture stores but we couldn't find anything we quite liked until we stumbled upon Penny Mustard and decided to give them a try. We were greeted by Kim and it instantly felt like we were talking to a family member instead of an intimidating salesperson. Kim was very helpful and knowledgable into helping us find the perfect couch. So helpful, in fact, that my fiancé was also able to find a recliner for himself for the family room as well! Penny Mustard, I would say, is a place where "you get what you pay for." The couch quality was marvelous and so soft and it's clearly made to last. I was surprised at the amount of color/material options for each piece of furniture. Overall, very happy with the purchases and our home finally feels cozy!”

“I was in Chicago for a Cheer competition with my daughter, and I stopped into the store to check out an option that might help my lower back issues. I was greater by a warm and friendly man named Connor. He was amazing! he took the time to listen to my story, talked to my daughter, and asked why we were in town.Connor took a lot of time to walk us through the process of figuring out the best bed option for me, and did a diagnostic to help me find my sleep number. He suggested a pillow that would help keep my head and spine in line for even more comfort. He was time conscious, because he knew we had to get ready for the Cheer comp. He took extra steps to assist us find the best option. The next day he check in and asked how the competition went and wished us a safe trip back home.My wife came to the local store and received nowhere near the same level of attention and assistance. She was ignored, given a control and left to figure things out for herself, and was given attitude. I realize that not everyone is going to bring the same level of passion and expertise to their job as Connor, but basic decency is not too much to ask.I am getting a sleep number bed because it is an amazing bed, and I feel that it will truly assist with my back issues. had I received the same treatment as my wife that would never have happened. Connor is a a very knowledge and courteous salesman, and a huge asset to his store and company.”
