“The best experience ever with Marianne and her team. I had set a time to meet with Marianne on Sunday to purchase the Hybrid Plus on sale @ $2140 for my 94 yr old mother. Woodfield mall is a big mall and not an easy mall to navigate with a disabled 94 yr old mom, Marianne went the extra mile and made it easy by locating a wheelchair and rolling my mother to the Purple store while I rolled her walker and my Chihuahua beside them. Mom was so happy to be getting Purple Hybrid Plus mattress, she felt such a relief, she suffers from dreadful back pain. And, I suffer from osteoporosis, so I too have a purple mattress as well as pillows. I most certainly recommend this store and Marianne w/staff at this location, but if you can, bring your own mobility scooter, it will make a world of difference. Thank you Marianne for your excellent exceptional service. I truly appreciate you ✨💯”

“My boyfriend and I were at Bob's lastnight looking for a sectional couch for the new place. Right from the moment we walked in, Zack welcomed us, and even explained the pricing and signs to me in detail that way we knew what to look for. He even tailed around the store at a respectful distance incase we had any questions about furniture pieces! He was respectful, personable, informative, and EXTREMELY patient with our indecisiveness. We probably broke down price points for 7 different couches and sectionals before deciding on a beautiful piece. Zack tailored to our specific needs and spacing in the room, adjusting the sizing and custom ordering specific pieces of the couch. We had a great experience, and even ended up getting the matching recliner last minute. We will definitely be back for future furniture. Thank you so much to Zach and management for all your help and assistance, and for the perfect couch and recliner!”

“Mary Dooley at the Schaumburg , Illinois store was wonderful. We walked in not knowing much about sleep number beds after trying other mattress brands in our search for a new mattress.
She taught us about the technology behind sleep number beds. She showed us the difference in our spinal alignments before and after adjusting the bed. We felt it in our bodies almost immediately.
She answered all our questions and gave us time to discuss what we felt and wanted.
It was a positive experience from the moment we walked in the door till the final purchase. We are looking forward to our bed arrival and better nights sleep with less aches and pains in the future.”

“I HATE shopping for mattresses, but found HassleLess to be, well, hassle-less. I was the only person in the store and could try every mattress and pillow for as long as I wanted, without having to tell anyone how I felt about what I was laying on.”
