I was greater by a warm and friendly man named Connor. He was amazing! he took the time to listen to my story, talked to my daughter, and asked why we were in town.Connor took a lot of time to walk us through the process of figuring out the best bed option for me, and did a diagnostic to help me find my sleep number. He suggested a pillow that would help keep my head and spine in line for even more comfort. He was time conscious, because he knew we had to get ready for the Cheer comp. He took extra steps to assist us find the best option. The next day he check in and asked how the competition went and wished us a safe trip back home.My wife came to the local store and received nowhere near the same level of attention and assistance. She was ignored, given a control and left to figure things out for herself, and was given attitude. I realize that not everyone is going to bring the same level of passion and expertise to their job as Connor, but basic decency is not too much to ask.I am getting a sleep number bed because it is an amazing bed, and I feel that it will truly assist with my back issues. had I received the same treatment as my wife that would never have happened. Connor is a a very knowledge and courteous salesman, and a huge asset to his store and company.”
