“My wife and I went out on Thursday July 2 to run some errands. Didn't plan to stop into Mattress Firm but we did as we were wanting a new bed. Anyway Sanjeev Gupta met us at the door. He was great, we explained our situation and he understood exactly what we were looking for. He showed us 2 different types of bed explaining each one. We went home thought about it and called him to see when he would be there on Friday July 3rd. We told him we would be in. A crazy storm moved through the area on the 3rd and the store lost power. He called us to let us know so we didn't make an unproductive trip. We went in on July 4th and sealed the deal. I think Sanjeev went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
