“Carolyn was the respiratory therapist from Prism who came to my residence with the VPAP equipment and demonstrated how to use it. She went through the different individual components of the machine and there uses. She explained how to clean the individual parts and how often this should be done. She also showed how to operate the machine for daily use and made everything clear and understandable. In addition, she wrote everything down in the brochure so that I would have easy access to important information. Carolyn was very professional, personable, and competent and she was enjoyable to work with !”

December 19, 2024- Lost my Bluetooth connection and called Beltane. Magda asked several questions about the connection and then said “No Problem,” just bring both of the hearing aids in today and we will fix the problem. Susan stepped up and took me right away. She really took her time and made me feel comfortable (even with my ugly feet). Very knowledgeable, kind, and patient.
She had sized me perfect for my compression stockings. I can say that because by end of day when I took them off, that's when I noticed they really do work!! All those other stockings I bought online, not knowing my true size, was just a waste. You really do need to be properly sized and know the tricks to putting them on and taking them off for compression stockings to work!

They helped explain various sizing questions, product differences, stuff about inventory, shipping, what's popular, and more - cool stuff.Got to try on a few things to figure out my sizing in a playfully designed fitting room. Left with a couple boxes and a cute jumper. I wish I could've gotten more stuff but sizing inventory was limited during my visit, unfortunately.Will definitely visit again next time!
