** Kind Staff ** ** Not so Hidden Gem ** Honestly Meijer is a place I only hit up when it's Christmas time, I have no idea why. They have a massive selection of everything! Chances are if you need it they have it and at a reasonable price. Christmas time is a no brainer. When hunting for that hot toy you have to hit all the stops. Sadly I was unsuccessful this year in what I was looking for but I did leave with a handful of other gifts and what nots. I have to mention their men's department. They have a wonderful selection for men's casual dress and I'm always on the hunt for something different. I did leave with something for myself . The four stars is because it kind of reminds me of the dying days of a certain K*art. A bit messy. Their departments need to look more purposeful and inviting. Right now it just looks like an outdated warehouse filled with stuff. They need to do better. I decided I need to be back more often. Definitely won't wait for Christmas.

Standing at customer service in a line of 3 customers, only 1 associate at customer service. No greetings, no help, and 2 cashiers at the registers doing nothing and not helping customers. It would be nice if someone guided the cashiers to help out. It's taking over 8 mins for each customer to get dealt with, this is not good at all. Finally, someone else came to help out. The young lady helped me quickly, but then left me to assist another customer. Then, the associate wouldn't finish the transaction until she fixed the box my return was in. So I waited another 3 mins for her to fold the box. Very poor customer service, and no sense of urgency.

First time here, my son and I needed a few groceries to last us for a week before heading back to California. We found exactly what we needed in a short amount of time. Meijer is very clean and organized grocery store. We were in and out in less than an hour using the self checkout. I highly recommend Meijer for shopping needs.

As my wife says, "this place has really gone downhill since we first started going here, I don't know why we continue to do so".Trash in the parking lot.Chicken juice leaking onto other packages of chicken.Out of stock on many products.No longer an "over baked" section.Unhelpful AND unfriendly employees. Rude, dismissive, aggressive, and hostile.Prices are not competitive compared to the myriad of other grocery stores to give one's money to.Prices are wrong at the checkout and when asking the self checkout employee to help us, he's questioning us as if we are criminals or thieves.Self-checkout gets mad if huh scan too fast and makes an employee come over and check your items...Rewards program gutted from 10% to 1-3% return rate.Overall, disappointing. We used to come here monthly, now it will be every 2-3 months.

This review is for the store's online delivery service, Shipt. Basically, it's awful. I spent several hours trying to see when/if my order would be delivered then when the order finally came, over 3 hours late, most of the items were mysteriously out of stock and I was charged for items I did not receive to the tune of $45. Don't use their online delivery service. It was a painful experience.

We've been shopping at this store for years. Everyone was accommodating and willing to work with customers until today 9/19/22 (6:45pm). My husband and I went shopping for items needed. We brought our coupons. We used the self service register and Julie was the attendant at that time. While we were scanning the first item and the coupon, the register would not take the coupon, so we called her for assistance. She had a resistive attitude, rolled her eyes, and appeared not very helpful. but with her grumbling she gave the discount anyway. Then the second item we scanned, but the register would not take the coupon again. So we asked her again for assistance. And that's when she said, "I cannot keep pushing it" and told us to go to the other register. So we decided to cancel our groceries. We went to the other register and the attendant there gave us the discounts without any problem. I spoke to Derik at the customer service and report the situation. I hope he will do something about it. Any worker at this Meijer (Rolling Meadows) who displays ugly attitudes should not be working in this part of business because it defeats the good customer service. Just imagine to feel that we just went to get groceries, and yet encountered an attendant who has an ugly face and attitude?

The customer service here is outstanding. The store is also clean and organized. All of the employees here are helpful and welcoming.

Today was the first time that I visited this store since pre-Covid days. I found it to be clean and well organized. There weren't a lot of people shopping at 2:00pm so my checkouts was swift. If I'm in the area again, I will definitely stop by and shop here again.

Wow, we haven't been in a Meijer in a long time as there really aren't any close to home anymore. We passed by here and dropped in, but only after noticing it for the first time. They've only been here 4 years, lol, but in our defense, it is tucked quite far in from Golf Road. After regularly shopping in a Jewel, a Mariano's, or an Amazon Fresh, this place made quite an impression on how large and spacious it was. And clean, and shiny bright, and well stocked. It's not a Woodman's Market, but there's still plenty of walking that can be done inside here. Prices looked competitive and we picked up a few impromptu items.

I placed an order today for 4 packs of diapers for pick up because there was a bunch of coupons making the diapers a fraction of the normal price ($28 for 4 Packs total). After placing, I got a notification on the App asking if I was okay with 2 of the items being substituted for similar products and I accepted the sub. Around 8:20pm I got a call asking if I was coming to pick up my order and I ran right over to get it and was there by 9. The pick up area is not inside in the building so I had to get back in my car and drive to it where there was no lighting. The number to text on the parking spot texted back 'this service no longer exists' so I go in the App and say that I'm here to pick up. A woman comes out just to confirm I was Ok with the sub before she brings out the diapers and I said yes and pulled my car up so I could grab them from her. 2 minutes later she comes back out and tells me that my order was cancelled and that I can wait while she brings my diapers up front and I can re-buy them for $120. I told her I paid $28 for them on the App and was confused why they were clearly right inside the door yet my order was now cancelled 30 minutes after I got a call asking when I would come get it. She handed me a $10 off coupon for my next shopping trip and went back inside. What a shit experience from start to finish that made absolutely no sense considering the diapers were right there ready for me yet my order was 'cancelled'.
