I've been going to nail design for 5 yrs and in the last 3 months everytime I would get acrylics, put on and no chip polish. She would charge an extra 10.00 so by the 3rd month it came out to 100.00 to get them done. The pedicure was with regular nail polish not no chip I live in Hoffman Estates and found a nail salon that did my nails had acrylic put on n polish for 35.00 and they did a great job. The pedicure was with regular polish. They massage your hands and they massage your legs and they dont rush when they do it. Pedicure is 25.00. Needless to say I won't be going back there to Nail design.

DO NOT GO HERE. I REPEAT - DO NOT GO HERE!! I was a walk in and asked for a dip mani/ Gel pedi. A man did my toes and they are fine! He massaged my feet for a really long time and his paint job was good. BUT, the woman who did my nails DID NOT know what she was doing. I asked her specially if she could do dip, she said yes. Well apparently not. I have never gotten dip where they use a light to cure the dip. It’s always been a thin polish and then dip into powder with gel clear coat. Not here. I’m guessing She didn’t have the right products so she decided to do a gel clear coat and dip it in the powder. HORRIBLE DECISION. The gel polish was not curing. It got so thick and goopy that it literally looked like melts M&M’s on my nails. She then tried to save it with shaping it with a drill. Well because it was still wet in the middle, some of the nails dip just slid off with the drill. She then just painted those nails with gel.. The dip nails looked so bad that she ended up painting gel on top of all of them. They are so short and round and goopy and uneven. Terrible quality. Then she had the audacity to still charge me when she KNEW it was bad. If you’re going here, pedi only.

If I could leave negative stars I would!! Worst mani/pedi experience ever. I had my nails done for my daughter’s wedding. 3 hours later my polish was chipping. Even on the toes. I get nail polish chips but not after 3 hrs! Don’t waste your money here!

I'm disappointed with my nails. I had a dip manicure done on 1/9 and in less than 2 weeks, the polish is lifting on all of my nails. I'm on vacation and can't return to get them fixed. I will not be choosing this salon again. I can usually go 4 weeks between dip manicures.

Went my first time today and am so happy I went. Kim did my nails and was very pleasant and friendly. She did a nail design on two nails and I thought she shaped my nails and did a great job on the nail art. Also did a face wax and she was quick and affordable. Tina was amazing! She completely shaped my nails and did the nail art on two nails exactly as I wanted it. She also said she had time for a face waxing and I needed it badly! She was quick and semi painless. Very affordable. I will def come back here.

Was able to get mani/pedi right away on a Monday morning with 2 employees doing the work, so I was in & out in no time. Clean environment and nice employees. Great job guys!

This was my second time patronizing this establishment to get a pedicure, and what a treatment you get! My 55-year-old feet look great and feel like I'm 30 again! I'm going to be coming back here every 4 to 6 weeks for a pedicure going forward!
