If I could give a negative review I would. Warning women don't go to this establishment alone!
My daughter was a visitor with a parking permit at an apartment complex. They towed my car from her.
When I called they told me anyone with a driver's license could come claim my car if they paid the fine. I told the attendant no, I will be coming to get my car. I live 5hrs away but I'd be there. She said that's if someone else doesn't claim it first. I told her that car is mine. Asked if I needed to file a police report for a stolen vehicle before I arrived. She said no ma'am. What's your name and address? I won't release the car to anyone but you.
We got there around 10pm. This place scetchy as hell. Women should not go alone.

Car unfairly towed. Car was registered to property. Parking pass was in the vehicle. Charged full price.

If I could give zero stars or negative Stars I would. My car has been towed twice from where I live by these damn people, The first time because my registration sticker was 3 days expired and the second time was because there was apparently no parking sticker 'visible' even though the parking sticker was clearly in the windshield in plain sight. when I Called to see if they had picked up my car The guy on the phone was extremely rude. if I was in the wrong then that's my fault but my problem is that when they towed my car they dragged it backwards at least 20 feet while in park because the front wheels were locked, since it's a front wheel drive car. Of course they were quick to say they're not liable for any damages & considering this was done not once but twice I'm just really hoping there isn't any serious damage to my car & the fact that the second time they towed it was for absolutely no reason whatsoever. Not to mention they towed my neighbors car twice as well, her old car & a new car she just got. Both times they took it when there was no reasonable explanation why, the first time they brought it back to her, the second time she had to go pick it up.

thanks for a «wonderful evening», not only did they pick up my car before the appointed time, but the guy in the truck, when I asked to see proof of what time he picked up the car, called me every swear word there is (good thing there is proof), when I asked why he was swearing, after all he was at work, he said he can do whatever he wants at his job, what do you think about this?

Some dude rolled up on a Uhaul truck stating that they were called out to remove the truck from the grocery store parking lot. We let him know we were airing up the front 2 tires because they were flat and that it would take about 5 minutes and we would be out of there. He said that wasn’t good enough and placed a boot on the truck and demanded to be paid $540 to remove the boot (it wasn’t even hooked up to his truck) Luckily he got impatient and decided to remove the boot free of charge after 30 minutes of the police being there and intervening. I’m sure the worker was just doing what he was told but the whole situation was escalated so fast for no reason

These knuckleheads towed the wrong truck.
They towed my 2021 perfectly working pick up truck from my lot when they were told to tow a non operable / abandoned truck.

The worst place your car can fall into, they charged me $241 because they took my truck from a friend's apartments, we only managed to leave it when we came back, they took our truck at 5 am, they are a crappy company, and a worker from the office is super racist. tow truck wears a trump cap and treated us very badly, decried us for being Hispanic and said super racist comments to us

Got wrongfully towed multiple times and people have no accountability for their mistakes. Rather shows attitude even upon admitting their own mistakes and causing inconvenience all the time

This company claims to start to do rounds at 12am to check cars at apartment complex that’s not true at all but I will be taken pictures and videos of it to see if it’s true and my apartment complex said didn’t need any stickers and won’t have problems and not they towed the car wow what a joke and if a friend or family member visits I have to walk down and call the company so they do not tow any car I say do your job better because I never ever see this company around my apartment complex so keep lying and better not be damaged either because I will be after the company like I said before I never see this company or any tow company driving around my apartment complex but I will keep a watch to see if they do and take pictures of what time I see them to let the bbb know about this company also be aware they do make keys to your car then move it and claim they don’t have keys and say I don’t know how the car go into the stall yes they do they just trying to cover up everything

Before I say anything… I’m am very happy and grateful that I got my car repo from this company. I am a 19yr first car owner and honestly using this as a learning experience I’ll never be late again on my payment.. they handled my car very carefully they knew my car was slammed they handled it like a baby. NWR is the nicest repo company you will meet! This is the only company I’ll let repo me!!!

Today makes the third time that this company has illegally towed my car. I will be contacting an attorney to take legal action.
