Plum Grove Apartments is a safe, clean, and affordable community that is perfectly located. Residents report it is the best apartment experience they have ever had, with many living there happily for years. The property is super well maintained and the grounds are quiet. The management and maintenance staff have remained the same and are unparalleled, with everyone known by name and trusted. The staff is super friendly and any service or maintenance request is taken care of extremely fast and responded to immediately. There is plenty of parking, and in winter the sidewalks and parking areas are kept very clear. A few downsides include walls that are pretty thin, potentially allowing noise from neighbors. Some residents also wish for larger apartment sizes and more storage space, as the current floor plans can feel compact. Despite this, residents are super happy, highly recommend the apartments, and often sign new leases.

Does it count that I lived here almost 48 years ago. Got transfered so I had to leave. Liked it here a lot. Young girl moved in next door so we got married and have been ever since.

My daughter and I have been here for over two years. We feel safe and very comfortable. It's just enough room for the two of us . Any time I have had any problems with my unit, Luis and Michelle are on it immediately.
