If there was a place to leave zero stars, that's exactly what this place would get. I went in this week (2/13 in the late afternoon) to get a mani and pedi. Since I wasn't sure what type of manicure I was going to get because I don't get them often I decided to start on the pedicure. It was just myself and the employee in the salon so I tried to make small talk with her, which seemed to annoy her so I stopped. The pedicure itself lasted no more than 10 minutes and then the polish color that I chose for my nails was dry so she thinned out. I assume this caused the color to not come out much much lighter what I thought it would look like so I asked to do a darker color. At that point, she informed me that she was not going to be doing my manicure. When I asked her if it was because I asked questions or was it because I asked for my polish to be changed, she seemed to get aggravated and kept saying that she's not gonna do my manicure because "she has a headache." Once my pedicure was done, I sat under the fan and I could see from the corner of my eye she took two pillows and sat in the pedicure chair to start watching something on her phone. When my time was done, and I noticed that she put her phone down and then pretended to be asleep, like my toddler children do!!! By now, I was completely dumbfounded and I stood there because I wasn't sure how to react. Although the service was horrendous, she still provided a pedicure for which I was going to tip her. After a little bit, she opened her eyes and acted like she was surprised and said that I didn't need to tip her. I have gone to a lot of salons in the past, but this one is one for the books. I have never been treated so rudely or denied service because I asked questions. If you are looking to waste your money, be talked to rudely, get a subpar service or an employee that is more interested in her phone than her job , this is a place for you. I really hope this franchisee owner addresses the situation as not only did she lose my business that day, but I'm not sure how many other people have been denied service due to this rude employee

She rushed the entire process and did a horrible job, nails were not evenly shaped, nor evenly colored. She picked the wrong color for my manicure as well, did not do the color I had asked for.Services: Pedicure

Very rude!On Fri 5/12 at 12:15pm I came to the salon to inquire about getting a fill and pedicure. I noticed only one employee, who happened to be given a pedicure, so I wasn't expecting much but thought I would ask since I was in Walmart, where the salon is located. She was speaking however she had a mask on so I couldn't hear her. Mind you she didn't even look at me. So I said, "Excuse me, I couldn't hear you." She began saying that she didn't have any availability. I asked does she have an idea of when she or someone would be available, just in case I wanted to make an appointment and/or come back? She said it will be a long wait. I asked about how long of a wait! She finally turned around, looked over at me and flat out said that she didn't know and that she was leaving. She didn't offer me a card to take for me to call and make an appointment or if someone else was coming in after she left. So I took that as maybe she just didn't want my business. So guess what!!! No problem! You succeeded! They won't ever get my business. I thought no harm in trying them out since my hubbie and I were in Walmart doing some last minute shopping. I will continue to go to where I've been going since I moved here from California 3 years ago. Tina's Nail salon in Arlington Heights. They maybe a bit pricier but I will pay for great customer service. Obviously Regal Nails has no idea about that. They maybe less than the salons in the area, but I guess you get what you pay for. So I definitely won't be paying for that!

I always like them until now. The last time I was there, they made me come back hours later because they would not answer the phone for me to make an appointment. I just called again and after several attempts, they finally answered the phone and said they don't take appointments any more. I'm a long time customer and will not go back unless they change their policy I will not be back.Service: Pedicure

The problem with Regal nails is not the quality of their work but their professionalism. They are never open on time, they never have enough staff, they rarely answer their phone and they also do not keep appointments. In order to receive service you have to be there at the right time or you will be told to come back at 1 or more hours later only to be turned away again. It is a waste of time trying to get any service done here.Service: Acrylic nails

It was the most horrible experience, the staff were beyond rude, and the manager was even worst. There was a simple issue where I could dry my feet n I was treated beyond horrible. I literally had to tell the manager do I need to call the Rolling meadows police dept for them to give me owners phone number. Manager refused to listen to my request n stated in her own words the owner has no time for me! Absolutely unprofessional to even say to a customer. If she was unable to resolve the issue she should offer number to file a grievance. It was a horrible experience am I am a person who never has a issue with no one. 28$ for SPA pedicures?!?Then she ask me if I want to remove my dead skin-additional $5. They mean $28 SPA pedicure just to soak your feet in water and cut your nails?!? After I agreed she doesn’t filing my feet nice and smooth. Ones I get at come my feet stuck at the carpet. Feeling awful. Finally paid $41 for what? Never again…. Price in front of their door is fake. Service awful. You try to said something she tell me I don’t understand English. So how you will know what my needs are?!? If I can to leave 0 starts will do. Even 1 star is too much for what they deserve!!!

When I tell you my nail technician loves me I mean it she always gets these hands and feet right together no matter how much of a mess these nails be looking after my trips (flight attendant lifestyle) i just love me some Vy they are all totally awesome in here ....

Took them 30 mins to see me but my nails turned out good. Idk if I would go again I felt a little claustrophobic since the shop is extremely small plus winter jackets and stuff don't help. (Excuse my foot I had socks on before taking the picture ?)

If I could rate this nail salon a 0 I would. If you want to go to a place with good service and quality trust me and don't come here. My mom and I went yesterday to get a mani-pedi and it cost us $45 each for the results to end up like the pictures below in less than 24 hours. First of all, the service there is awful. The people there can’t communicate with you because of the language barrier. I kept trying to tell the person that there was something wrong with the nails and she would just shrug it off. It’s been less than 24 hours and this picture represents my mom's nails now after doing absolutely nothing. Now, she has to go on vacation with nails like these.
