The bathroom is unkept and disgusting with messes like you would see in a gross cartoon joke. The lobby is with radio static barely receiving a signal.

Consistently the highest gas prices in the area, I love shell gas but I won't go here. Too expensive, not very well stocked convenience store and not the most helpful staff. I live less than 2 blocks away and I'd rather go to the Shell station on Algonquin Rd and Plum Grove, only a few minutes down the road. Much nicer facility, service and convenience store!

The lady last name Bohhah was very rude. I see why they have a 3.7 stars. Because they're so rude. I don't understand what the aggressiveness was from her when I was asking her questions.

A couple of days ago I urgently needed to fix tire pressure. I arrived at the gas station, but didn’t know how to do it. it was very cold outside, and I ran here and there not knowing how to do it. I went inside to ask for help, and to my great luck I came across an incredibly kind and open person, Mr. Patel. He helped me, explained what to do, although it was difficult for him to walk and it was incredibly cold outside. Many thanks to him! I will recommend this gas station to everyone and come again!

Pumps were crawling so slow spent 15 minutes pumping. Then auto stop didn't work and gas spilled everywhere.

DO NOT GO TO THIS GAS STATION!!!!! The Indian attendant does not understand English and if he makes a mistake, he will yell at you and say its your fault. The manager, Khan, does not care about customer satisfaction or any complaints you may have.

Went to get gas paid $10 and the pump just stopped, talked to attendant in the store he came out I moved my car back and he just walked inside, tried the other pump and I was it working at all, no sign to show pump wasn't working. I ended up having to go down the street which wasn't a problem, but it was just a Hassel.
