“We sent in a menu card for an upcoming wedding. The file format we used was not sized properly. When we went to pick up the order, it was exactly like the file but we wanted the card narrower than what was printed. David initially helped us with the details then Jacob took over as it required sizing changes, font spacing, color changes, cleaning up fuzzy lettering, etc. We should have started from scratch and given these guys free rein to start over. They worked the document over several times while we were in the store and they nailed it. Our daughter, the bride, was very pleased with the outcome. We came here to have signs and banners printed for our prior wedding shower. Now here for the menu cards. We WILL be back for the wedding programs. These guys are great and very patient with customers having very specific quality requirements. Thank you!”

“Wow, everyone here was SO NICE. Seriously wasn't expecting to do a review on staples but I had to because I rarely experience above and beyond customer service like this. First I made a return and the guy was just so thorough and kind. After that I looked for a printer and the cashier came and helped me and answered all my questions. He gave me great advice and opinions. I was buying a floor model so he made sure I had all the right wires and what not.
