“Have used this location multiple times (25+) due to having kids and family all over the country and world, and the staff are always knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Recently needed color copies of passport pages and couldn’t figure out how to work the machine & payment, and nothing was too much trouble. They have also saved me money by telling me the different delivery methods that were most helpful to me. Why pay so much more for something that doesn’t need to be there immediately? Can’t say enough good about their service. I’m not an employee, I’m just a 62 yr old guy who needs their service to stay in touch with family…and they help tremendously! 5 Star service every time…even if I have to wait a minute at times because they are so busy giving others great service ahead of me.”
