“I drive 30 miles to ship from this place. If this doesn't tell you how good this place is, I don't know what will. Extended: I found this place when I was looking for a place that doesn't overcharge me for packing. Not only do they have fair prices, the packing itself is very well done and they can ship USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL and possibly more all from the store! You just give them the label, they pack it, and then you leave! They specialize in shipping sensitive equipment, like medical devices, too! They can also custom make boxes and crates.”

“Amazing! I had two pieces of art that were large and fragile and I was helped so quickly and effectively I was probably in the store only ten minutes! And the art was professionally wrapped, boxed, labeled, and it cost much less than I expected.”

“I had an issue with a business card order that came from another location, and I came here looking for help. I was honestly a bit stressed, but the team was so kind and understanding. Even though the order wasn’t printed at this store, they still took the time to help me and reprinted my cards right away with much better quality. I really appreciate their care and professionalism. Thank you so much for turning a stressful situation into a great experience — I’ll definitely be coming back!”

“I occasionally use this location to print flyers or other materials on the fly. The team is always quick and efficient. With this last job, our flyers came out looking a little messed up. Jenni investigated the situation and explained what happened with the file (the error was on our end, NOT FedEx). She also took extra time to diligently find a solution, resulting in a better version of the flyer and a reprint for me. Jenni went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed. Amazing!”

“Could not have nicer things to say about the print quality and staff at this FedEx Print & Ship location. I have used their print services twice: invitations and wedding signage/programs. Both instances I was impressed by how quickly they get the job done, quality of paper & ink, and paper options. They also offer cutting services to ensure edges are straight and clean. I have worked with Joyce, Brent, Kathy, and Chris over my couple of visits and all have been professional. I will certainly continue to use them for special occasions knowing how consistent they are. Tip: There is a $2.50 surcharge on each order under $50. Email print docs to [email protected] for quick, easy print services.”

“I was at store 3611 and worked with Roberto. From the start I found him courteous and personable. I had many questions and he patiently answered and showed me examples of what I needed. I was having computer issues in turning pages into PDF, he was very knowledgeable and walked me through what I should do. As he was putting the pages together he actually called me to make sure I would be ok if the pages had a white border and if he could shrink a page by 2% so it would fit. Needless to say, I love the end product and am extremely happy with the dedication Roberto exhibited.”

“This review is specifically about the outstanding service I received from Iwona. She is an incredibly attentive and kind individual who goes out of her way to help others, even outside of her working hours. I’m truly grateful for her assistance in arranging our seats so we could sit together during our trip.”

“I had an amazing experience at the FedEx Store thanks to Shujaat and Dan. Their customer service was truly outstanding—they went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled perfectly and that I left completely satisfied. They were patient, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across service like this, and it definitely did not go unnoticed. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a team that truly puts customers first!”

“This USPO location in Schaumburg (behind Capital Grille) is a shining example of how a post office SHOULD work! Compared to the one on Schaumburg Rd. where every employee there is miserable and spreads the same misery to all the customers. It’s a night and day difference. My recommendation is for you to drive the extra mile and go to this location for service. Yes, there was a little wait but the service is exceptional. I’ll be going there for my postal needs from now on!”
