“Very Secure & clean & convenient & priced competitively. There are 2 keypads for entry. 1 for your unit for use all the time, and 1 for the main doors after 7pm. Very loud alarm is activated, if you forget to use the keypad before unlocking your unit. This is great for security. And makes me feel like my stuff is that much safer.Bathrooms and the entire facility are clean. No dust or debris anywhere. Elevator is to the second floor is large and runs well. Lots of modern and easy rolling handcarts to choose from.There are several individual parking slots behind large garage doors, which you can use when the weather is inclement, or when you have lots of stuff to move in and out.24/7 access is super convenient, and very secure at night, because there's no one in the facility except for people with keycodes.There are also lots of security cameras everywhere in the halls and garage, as well as in the elevator. For those who feel a little skittish, there are pull alarms at frequent intervals throughout the hallways, in the style of the sort you'd see at Universities.Honestly, I've been at my unit moving stuff around until late in the night, and never felt in danger.And to top it all off, the temperature and low humidity inside the warehouse and in the units is controlled and perfect, through a interesting HVAC system that uses inflating baffles. I've never detected floating dust, and have never seen vermin either.I wish I'd found this place sooner!”

“As a company that works 24/7 and 365 days to handle, critical medical equipment, life saving medication, AOG shipments, car parts, Radipharm and DG shipments and etc.. we are constantly looking to fulfill our client's needs, using rental trucks, reefer units and other equipment as and when needed, in the event that all our trucks and vans are occupied.
I want to give a shoutout to this Ryder location in Bensenville/Elk Grove Village, IL generally, and Tony very specifically, who helped me find the equipment needed, and that too on a short notice on a weekend.
Anyone who works in this space knows, that currently, the coldchain work and other tempcontrol work is very busy during this ongoing summer time. Getting a dock high reefer unit on an urgent basis, and that too on a weekend saved me a ton of headache. Tony was able to help me find one, and book it for the time of my choice, and I have a very satisfied client, as a result!

“16' Truck pack van had warped break roaters that would vibrate violently upon pressing break. Windshield had small crack. Overall it was a good truck just needs a little love. Customer service in PENSKE GOLDEN GATE10755 BIGGE STSAN LEANDRO, CA 94577 was fast and they didnt have my order ready. I noticed they didn't do a truck check so I pictured the truck on the spot. Which I knew would help upon return. Truck was very clean.Returning the truck in Illinois was as expected. They did a truck check so luckily the pictures I took backed me up.All worked out well.”

They do not ask for your mortgage bills, 3 forms of identification and blood donations like enterprise rental. Their vehicles are practically new!!!!”
