I would not recommend this location to anyone for there fingerprints. I was there earlier today and the ladies at the counter where so unprofessional with a bad attitude and where not ready to help at all, they kept saying its not our job as we only work with handling UPS stuff. If they are not able to help then this store should not have had this service at the first place. I end up not getting my finger print and ended up going to other location.

Very unprofessional. States on the website this location offers notary services; however when I called I was told they do not offer notary services and something about their bond not allowing certain type of documents. Then when I asked what documents they can notarized. They hung up the phone.

This is a terrible company. I didn't get my package. Even though I was at home. Two days later the package was scheduled to delivery from 10 am to 7 pm. The company representative on the phone said the package would be there in 15 minutes. But it never arrived. This is a big problem if you have to sign for it upon receipt.

I love this place because they always help and even print and attach labels. Employees always try to help and assist in every matter. They are always kind and respectful! Thank you guys!!!

Be aware that when taking multiple shipments to this locations. My advice if you use this location, always check your receipts and do not let them scan multiple packages at a time. Twice now, I’ve one of shipments “lost”. In both cases, one of the shipments never reaches its destination. When we’ve gone in to store to talk with them about this, they brush us off and say we haven’t waited long enough. This has never happened to us at other locations. unfortunately this is the one that’s closest to our house.

If I could, I would have given it zero stars. I had a package that was attempted top be delivered once. Just once. Required a signature so they left a note to pick it up. In the provided text box there was something scribbled so I did not know what it was. I drove to UPS for them to tell me that my package is not there and is in Michaels instead. Drove the other way to Michaels for them to tell me that my package is still with UPS and it usually takes them a couple of days to deliver. Today, I send my dad to the store with the original receipt they left at my door. Turns out he needs a proof of ID. He had my credit card with my name on it, I was on the phone with them while he was in the store, that was not sufficient. I am a mother of two small children, what a hustle to pick up a package because UPS decided to attempt just one delivery, and then did not leave it in the stated pick up location on time. (I did go to the store the next day just fyi, not the same day when they left the note). Horrible service.

I recently visited the UPS Store and was impressed by the excellent service provided. The staff member I interacted with was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. They handled my package with care and answered all my questions promptly. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience.

When returning an item, they demand to buy a package or box from them for $ 4. Although before that, in other departments, I returned it for free without buying a package or box!
