I visit numerous US Bank branches and this one is the best. The tellers greet you and are always willing to help. I particularly enjoy working with Ian. He provides fast friendly service with a smile. Ian also recommend services I had not considered like a CD and a new credit card. Much appreciated, thank you Ian!

been with us bank for so many years my acct number is only 6 digits. has always been a great bank with great people. went through the drive though yesterday and was helped by Ian in making a deposit. when he sent back my receipt he asked me to read his note. i left with tears in my eyes from his kind words to me. this is a wonderful example of how everyone should be treated and should treat other people. you have a special person working for you!

I used to love this branch but lately the bank tellers have no customer service. This is the second time in a row I have a bad experience. When you come up the drive thru they don't greet you, they just take your deposit and when they are done they just say, "You're all set!" If she would have bothered to greet me, she would have known I wanted a balance and had another transaction. So I just took my receipt and left!
