“It is always a pleasure stopping by Nirvana. They have competitive prices, a huge selection, and most importantly they have Joe! He is so friendly and helpful, a genuinely kind soul. I have recommended Nirvana to many friends and will continue to do so.”

“Best Smoke shop in the area. They offer great deals and decent prices on non sale items. Always had a good experience with staff. The other smoke shops in the area have staff that always seem bothered when you enter their store.”

“Certainly! Here's a positive Google review for a smoke shop:⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I had a fantastic experience at this smoke shop! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, making my visit enjoyable. They have an extensive selection of products to choose from, and I was impressed by their quality and variety. The prices were fair, and I found everything I was looking for. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to browse. Overall, a top-notch smoke shop with excellent customer service. I'll definitely be returning for my smoking needs.”

“Update as of 6/4/2026: Came back to the store today to see if the products I have been unable to find elsewhere might be carried here. I was reluctant (refer to previous review), but decided to go anyway. What a complete turnaround. Sameer was incredible. He took the time to make sure that every product I purchased was correct and worked properly with the products I purchased them for. He went above and beyond which aligns with what I remember my experiences to be when I first began patronizing this vape shop. In 2022. I hope that the store will continue to hire employees like him in the future! So happy to have my favorite store back! Thanks Sameer! Oh how the mighty have fallen. I had to come back and change my rating because every time I’ve returned to this place and a particular worker is there, my experience is trash. I currently live 6 1/2 hours away from this place and can only shop here when I’m in town visiting family on the south side of Chicago. I make the trip even further to the burbs to visit friends and shop at other stores unique to the area. I always come here because the prices are still great and there’s usually something great I can return home with that no one else will have and I like that exclusivity. In order to find those items, I usually have to set aside about 20-30 mins to browse and see what new things they have added to their inventory. The aforementioned worker seems to be especially annoyed by this action and has no problem showing his disdain. I often come prepared to purchase multiple large ticket items (bongs, vaporizers, batteries, air fresheners, various glass items). However, due to his attitude, and as of late, him blatantly rushing me to make a decision and check out, I am unable to contain my disgust, and I opt to forego any large purchases in favor of something cheaper. Doesn’t he know that the longer a person browses, the more opportunity he has to sell more products? I don’t know what this guy is doing in there when no one is in the store but it can’t be more important than me spending my money or my continued loyalty to this establishment. That in itself should warrant better treatment. Not everyone that comes in the smoke shop wants to buy overpriced disposable vapes in a hurry. Some of us are loyal repeat customers with varying needs that enjoy in-person shopping. If management is being cheap and encouraging this behavior because they are afraid people are going to steal when workers are helping other customers…hire another associate. Previous Review: I am thrilled to write this glowing review after my 2nd visit to this small but mighty head shop in the NW Suburbs. I hate that I was not made privy to this shop months ago when moving to this area because this would have surely been my #1 spot. Greeted by the equally handsome and knowledgeable owner once you arrive, you will be taken aback by the incredible selection of glass, vapes, and juices. Each item extensively researched by the owner who is always eager to share the bevy of information he has acquired over many years of smoke shop ownership. I was most impressed with his exclusive, one of a kind rare finds; My most recent purchase being an electric dab rig released just days before I purchased. It has since been a game changer for me and my lifestyle, providing the opportunity to enjoy my products in places/environments previously off-limits. If it weren’t for his expertise, and his attention to detail, he never would have offered the item to me. I’m grateful that he is so observant, and invest so much care into pleasing his customers. Since learning of this. I have brought many friends along for a quick trips, and plan on coming back very soon to see what new things he has in stock. You will not go wrong stopping here.”

“This really is the best smoke shop in the nw suburbs & beyond IMO. I’m the type that loves to pop in to a smoke shop and check it out, no matter where I am or what my needs are. What makes this shop a standout is how thoughtfully picked their inventory is and how nice the people are. Everything is priced fairly. Things are sorted properly and easy to find. Plenty of options for people on a budget. They carry CBD for pets! Mushroom selection. The owner(?) Eric is mad cool. Shoutout to Iday (not sure of spelling, sorry!) who is always cool to talk to and very knowledgeable of the products they carry and is super patient if you need to ask questions. I stopped in today to talk about switching to a reusable component from disposables and didn’t at all feel pressured or weird about taking the time to make an informed decision for what I wanted. I got exactly what I came in for and then some. I don’t know how else to phrase it — this shop, and its vibe, just does the right thing. From the variety of product, to the shopping experience.. everything you need you’ll find here. You’ll meet people in line that love this place as much as you do. That has to be a testament to being properly managed by good people and doing good business all around for the customers. They’ll make you feel like family from the jump. Huge respect for this spot.”

“The prices and products are at the top tier. They offer amazing quality products for a very competitive pricing. In fact, it's better than most stores. I've ever been. I have eighteen years of vaping, backpilding batteries and mods and coils and cotton buying juice and bulk, and they used to make my own flavors to now modernize carts that are amazing tasting and quality with affordability. i highly recommend this location for all of your needs!) #bestvapeshop #bestbargain #pricing #best”

“I always get great customer service whenever I come here. It’s just a comfortable environment whether I’m looking around for a bit or I’m in and out. To get to this smoke shop I have to pass at least 2 other smokes shops to get to this one from where I live. They treat me very well so I’m going to go out of way to always come here first. Ive been to so many of these places it’s crazy! They got a good selection and the people are cool that work here. Thanks Buddy lol”

“I went in not knowing what to get and Brett was great at figuring out exactly what to give me. I had been recommended one thing but when I told Brett what I normally smoke and what I like, he gave me a better recommendation and a different brand of what I normally go for since this location was out of what I really wanted. He was great, thanks again Brett!”

A little frustrating comparing different Items and yet they are the same.”

“I will be back. I had spoke to someone at the store who said something was in stock yesterday . I drove over 30 minutes today to get a specific product that had JUST been sold out. Needless to say, I was crabby as heck and VERY MUCH appreciate their patience. Long story short, I gave them a bottom dollar for an alternative option and they agreed to it. Made a 180 turn around to help fix it as best as possible. Will ABSOLUTELY BE BACK..”
