Michael Buck extremely helpful and helped save the day when my phone had water damage and gave instructions on how to file a claim for a new phone. He went above and beyond to help ensure all my data was saved and had he not helped all would have been lost. Such a great customer service experience!!

If you think that customer service these days sucks you are right but there are still some exceptions. Joey in Verizon store in Rolling Meadows is definitely one of them. He is very professional and most importantly very knowledgeable. He's really good at what he does, he explains things clearly. If you need help with anything related to your device or a plan Joey is the person you want!

Joey fugate deserves a raise he helped me and my fiance out more today than I have ever been helped at any other Verizon store the last 5 years iv been a customer. He had an amazing attitude And was very sincere of all the information he provided to us. Thank you Joey great job on taking the extra time to satisfy the customers. ^^ (needs a raise or promotion)
