I've given this place multiple chances but it would seem the equipment is just getting worse. Bottom of the car didn't get cleaned and there was no tire shine, even though I paid extra for it. Water was still everywhere even after air drying. Vacuum hoses were broken and barely had any suction. Just sad how this place keeps getting worse but the prices keep going up. No more, I've had enough

I’ve given this car wash multiple chances, and every time I leave disappointed. My car always comes out still dirty — especially the wheels, which are always left covered in brake dust. The windows are streaky, there’s water dripping down the panels, and the attention to detail just isn’t there. On top of that, they overcharge for what’s supposed to be a simple exterior wash. Definitely not worth the price or the hassle.

I went in and asked them if they can get all the bugs clean off my car. They said yes buy the $30 full hand wash and the most they did was just cleaned the inside basic and then had the car go through the machine wash. They didn’t even hand wash the car and the bugs were still there. When I confronted them the guy shouted and ran off. Very unprofessional and liars.

I paid for the platinum wash; they didn't vacuum the trunk; they didn't clean the back seat; it was still dirty; the cup holder was dirty I had to tell them to clean it. I paid good tip too. I had to take it back so they can vacuum my trunk. I most likely will not take it here again
