I bought furniture from Ashley a few years ago and love every piece that I got. I just decided today to add an end table that I originally did not get and was lucky that actually Brenda and Amber found an end table im clearance that EXACTLY matched my set. I probably will go back and order a desk too that I'm looking at. Brenda and Amber were most helpful and accommodating. Could have not asked for a better experience shopping at Ashley. Thank you Brenda and Amber!

Recently purchased some bedroom furniture at Ashley in Romeoville. Aaron was very helpful in the buying process. Delivery was on time with no issues!

Bought a couch here and Ranya F. was AMAZING! She was not only well educated on what items they had that fit what I needed, but she was so kind and personable. She made the experience easy, professional, and fun! Glad I came here after having a horrible experiences elsewhere. Ranya restored my faith in furniture stores and their sales people!

Unless you want to buy "lightly used" show room furniture or you're curious how well something might hold up there is no need to make it out here. going to any Ashley store will suffice.

Nice place to buy furniture. Great staff, but if you're planning to use 60 months 0 APR financing, this only applies to zero discount item. Any discount the stores offers can't be financing for 60 months. The same for clearance item. Only in full prices furniture

The sales people and managers are liars and will say whatever a customer wants to hear to make a sale. My husband I went in to look for sofas for our new place and we made it clear to the sales man that we were only interested in sofas that were ready for immediate delivery (2-3 weeks). We saw the Lombardia sofa and loveseat and liked them. The sales person helping us told us that those pieces were both in stock and ready to be delivered on February 10th. Him and the manager reassured us that they would be delivered on time. We paid in full for both (about $2500). In the meantime we set a moving date, rented a Uhaul, and began the process to move thinking we would at least have sofas. On Feb 8th we got a call from Heather saying the “truck is broken so our sofas are delayed”. We thought okay no big deal, a broken truck means 1-2 days delay right? No. Apparently Ashley furniture only has 1 truck so our delivery was pushed till February 27th which makes no sense. We called and spoke with Heather and after a lot of back and forth she told us our sofas would be delivered on February 16th. We decided ok things happened and pushed our move in date. Today, on Feb 13th we get another call from Ashley and this time we’re told that no the trucks aren’t broken but our sofa is on back order. This is beyond ridiculous and at this point it’s clear they’ll say whatever they want to make a sale. After arguing with them on the phone they told us our loveseat would be delivered on the 16th but our sofa wouldn’t be delivered till March 1st. The only thing they could offer us was “if you want you can go pick something else that’s in stock”. We planned everything accordingly to these delivery dates only to be told multiple lies about what’s wrong. They charge you full only to never deliver what they’ve promised and everyone is involved in these dirty sales tactics including the manager, sales people, and the people behind the scenes. I’ll update once the loveseat is delivered because I highly doubt that’s coming on the 16th. I would never buy from here again.Update:The sofas were delayed till March 1st. And today we got a call that they are further delayed till March 8th. At this point we are considering canceling and asking for a refund.

Placed an order online back in November of 2023. Replacement cushions for my couch. The agent over the phone says they'll ship directly to my house from their warehouse. Got 2 of the 3 cushions ordered. The 3rd is a chaise cushion and the phone agent says it's too big to ship to my house. Phone agent gives me a 4 digit ticket number to bring to the warehouse. OK. So I stopped in the warehouse. The clerk takes my ticket number and says that's wrong. The number starts with 3 numbers and then followed by a "B". I look up my emails and find the original receipt with a order number that has a "B" as the 4th digit in. I ask the clerk if that's it, she looks at it, squints, and says "yeah, I don't know". She's sitting at her computer that will allow her to look this up! And she does nothing! Calls the manager. Manager says she'll look for the order info. Finds it, tells the clerk she'll look in the warehouse. Then calls the clerk back and says she'll look later, when she has time! I'm literally standing in the building and the manager won't help. The clerk then says that there's rows of cushions in the warehouse and that Ashley Furniture DOES NOT tag online orders with receipts or clients names so the manager has to sort through all the rows of cushions, find the right color AND MEASURE THEM TO MAKE SURE THEY'RE THE RIGHT DIMENSIONS!...... Are you serious!? It's been 5 months, 6 phones calls to their customer service, one "re-order" of the product, and one trip to the warehouse, AND NOT A SINGLE EMPLOYEE CAN HELP! Ashley Furniture is a joke. Do your damn job. I paid you for a product and got nothing in return. Go somewhere else for your furniture needs. All Ashley will do is steal your money.We've spoken twice already and you're trying to fix this issue. The problem now is that you called a 3rd time and I missed it. You responded to the BBB complaint I placed on you stating that you called me back but couldn't leave a voice mail due to customers voice mailbox not setup yet. Which is correct, I apologize I forgot to do that when I got my new phone. What bothers me is that you didn't say ANYTHING to the BBB complaint about how we've spoken twice prior to the missed called and your response to the BBB complaint was throwing me under the bus by stating you tried but I was unreasonable. How about you actually be honest and treat customers with respect? Maybe then you won't get any complaints, either here on Google or from the BBB. Either way, I still expect my issue to get resolved. I paid you for a product. I want my product or my refund! Only crooks take money from people and run! You claiming Ashley Furniture is a crook?Ashley furniture still hasn't called me back. They've contacted me to say they'll look into my issue but won't call me back. I paid for a product. Why is this legal? They stole my money and don't even care.
