Not a big deal because it’s only 20 cents. However, it’s the principle i brung it to their attention that the sign outside said ALL fountain drinks are 99 cents and was still charge $1.19. False advertisement is always a red flag. Update the sign!

This review is for BP convenience store. BEWARE that there could be a card fraud scam going on at this place. I stopped here to buy a water and gum. I put my debit card in the payment slot and it asked for my PIN number. I asked the guy which button to press to skip the PIN number and he didn't seem to understand my question. He told me to take the card out and put it back in. I took it out and he asked for the card and he held it out and was glancing at it, which seemed strange. The very next day I had fraudulent charges on this card in another state. I thought back to the strange behavior of the guy staring at my card and thought it could have been so a camera could read it.

Best car wash, i live it, was referred here by Everwash App and it has been great, my car is Pearle white and the wash really brings out the beauty of it!!!

I love this BP, mostly because of the owner. Staff always charges you wrong and is friendly until they don't know how to handle a situation. Dave if that was in fact his name claimed he did not have a number to contact the owner, but made a call to his manager. He spoke in his native language so I have no idea the conversation that actually took place. Only then did he give me his name and told me that I should come in tomorrow to be charged correctly and handle a matter of some items that were purchased and exploded outside after purchase. I have worked in retail and know if a can exploded any establishment can RTV them and replace them to the customer at no cost. Employees need better training and to learn manners. I spend at least $200.00 a week here and was highly displeased they could not replace $5.00 in merchandise that was damaged 3 minutes after purchase. He quickly began to speak to me with respect after I started recording the interaction taking place. One star for employees and five stars for the owner who knows how to treat people with respect.

First and last time visiting this place. Stop in around 6:30pm to try out the chicken.. The chicken looked old and dried out like it had been sitting out all day. Both male staff members did not have a mask on and customers were in and out with no mask. I left immediately and will not return.

Went to get gas and the pump didn't stop when it was supposed to. When I went to to the people inside they told me it was my cars fault. I spent a ton of money for all the gas that just spilled on the ground.

Good attention from the people who work there, always attentive and smiling, they help if necessary. The toilet is also always clean, the food area is also clean and you don't have to wait as long. It seems like a good place to buy fuel and some sandwiches and snacks.

they prioritized online orders instead of in person so the customers there had to wait 1+ hour in line to be able to order their t-mobile free sandwich

I came here for my T-Mobile free sandwich. They paused the line and only took online orders even though there was like around 20 people waiting in the line. What kind of customer service does online before in person? I would give it 0/5 if possible.
