About Budget Car Rental
Budget Car Rental gave a car oil light on and bald back tires but the rental felt like another rental for the books. The employee was professional and efficient and the rental was billed correctly as it appeared on the reservation. The front desk manager made the day easier. Overall the rental was helpful and cool. Will use Budget more frequent.

They didn’t have my reservation and made no effort to accommodate me by offering another vehicle. Just bad customer service

Charged me double for bringing the car back 2 days early, stained up seats, loud noise coming from drivers front of car, had to turn up the radio to not hear it, then they charged over double the rate for bringing it back early, do not trust these scam artist, never again at this place, go some place reliable.
