“It was good. They did a great job of matching the paint on the new bumper and the seams were aligned. I had conflicting timelines as to how long the repairs would take, and my car was ready in 13 days and I was more than happy to get my new car back.The bumper guard is improperly placed on the rear bumper even though I explained the placement twice. It’s not crooked, it’s too far in. If anyone has a Subaru Crosstrek Sport with the rear bumper guard, you’ll understand what part I’m talking about. It doesn’t alter the functionality much and isn’t a safety issue, but it’s a constant reminder of how they didn’t listen to my biggest concern. That’s why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. I don’t bother with giving 3 stars because those are considered Neutral. Two stars would have been too low because in general it was a very nice repair except for the bumper guard. Have a good day!”
