Extremely disorganized bank with poor customer service and a lack of awareness around what it takes to serve the public. Came into the bank to have myself added to my elderly parents account and was told you must have an appointment. No problem. Schedule an appointment come back walk in and you are basically ignored there is no check in process of any kind after 15 min past our scheduled appointment a representative walks up and basically just looks at us and says so who is here to see me? It's embarrassing and obviously too big of a bank to appreciate customers. Plenty of banks to choose from!

Chase on Weber Road in Romeoville has become the slug of banks. Lousy customer service and everything seems to be self serve. Even when you can get a hold of a representative, like Dee, at this branch, they are bad at their job. At this point, we are probably going to close our 3 accounts, and bank elsewhere.

IF YOU'RE A PERSON OF COLOR I WOULD NOT SUGGEST COMING TO THIS BRANCH AT ALL!!!!! My girlfriends account got locked because of an address change and we had to go to a branch to fix the issue. We waited in line and a Indian women chose us out of everybody else in the line to "help", reminder there was people behind us and in front of us which were Caucasian. She brought us in a cube and asked what we needed help with we told her and she basically gave us a whole run around on why she couldn't help us and certain information that she wasn't told to bring in the first place that should've been brought which was weird to me. Right now as I'm typing this my girlfriend is at another bank with all the information that she was told to bring before and the other branch is basically saying that she never needed any of that information and doesn't know why the lady told her to bring it in the first place all she needed was the house lease and ID to prove that she lived at that address and the extra info was unnecessary and confirmed that the lady was being racist at the fact that we were a young black couple in a Caucasian bank so once again if your a person of COLOR I would not suggest doing business at this bank!!!!!

I was in the bank today helping my step daughter set up a new account and it felt very much like banker (Janette) was working against us rather then with us. She was very dry and rude, and instead of offering suggestions for our needs, I had to ask many questions to come up with our own solutions. I also had a baby with me who is in my care after her mother passed away last week - she was tired and crabby after a long week & I felt very judged by this banker. You never know what people are going through and to make things harder for us and unpleasant is not something I expect from a company that I've been banking with for over 20 years.

I was super impressed with this bank compared to Fifth Third right down the road. This bank is much nicer inside, with more helpful staff and much shorter wait times.

Switched to this bank a month ago. So far so good! Quick and courteous service. I opened a handful of different accounts with them as well as a credit card.

I come to this branch all the time and it is okay, not the best but average. But this weekend was the worst experience. I'm so appalled that I had to review it. First off,the service here is horrible! Over the weekend I came across a rep named Roda, who was just nasty to myself and my partner. She was extremely rude and just gave us horrible customer service. We were there ready to open a second account with chase but ended up walking out of her office just because of her nasty attitude. This experience has to be by far the worst experience at a bank EVER! You would think they would be friendly since we are loyal customers and wanted to open up another account.Apparently that was too much for this rep. Secondly, we walked out of her office/cubical and made our way over to a couple of reps, who were just standing there waiting for customers, we asked if they can help us.Of course I explained to them that this woman was beyond rude and we needed assistance from someone else. They looked at us like it was our fault but still proceeded to help us.Even though they were very short with us it was way better than dealing with Roda! (100 times better!) Third, this woman not only was extremely rude but even had the audacity to walk over another cubical where another rep was sitting to complain about us as customers! This blew my mind! She did not even wait one minute before running to this other person! I could not believe it! If I can give this place zero stars I would! This rep should be ashamed of herself and should never treat people this way.If she does not enjoy what she does then she needs to find a new career path.Shame on Chase management for not coming out and handling the situation.I am gladly making a longer trip to a different branch where they know how to treat their customers instead of coming here.

I am beyond furious with chase bank as a whole not necessarily this branch but I can't seem to find somewhere to review the company it's self. First when I contacted customer service about an issue with my account the service rep was very rude and her response was "well we texted you about it" when I told her I revived no alert and asked what number they texted I was horrified to hear it was a number I don't own and never have! Fast forward now 2 days to receive an email that I have been "enrolled in Paperless Statements and Notices. Another person named on this account requested the change." There is no one else on my account but me and there never has been so I'd LOVE to know who they let do this?! I will be closing every account I have with chase ASAP!

This chase branch is always quick and friendly. I have had a few times where the atms were not fully functional which is why they lost a star.
