I purchased an iPhone SE yesterday in store and was informed that the phone was $299. When I looked at my receipt I noticed that the phone was entered as $399 and a $200 discount was applied for the phone, so phone was $199. I then noticed a charge on my receipt for liquid glass accessory for $100. I called the store to inquire about the receipt the staff was rude and stated I can just call the manager tomorrow. He said that the phone was $299 and that’s what I was charged. The glass accessory was free but the IRS doesn’t allow them to add accessories as free, so they discounted $100 for phone and $100 for accessory. None of this was explained at purchase. Why would I pay $100 for an accessory that I can get for $10 off Amazon. The staff stated their not Amazon. So I had to pay taxes on the phone and the accessory that was added as a charge, because “IRS” wouldn’t allow them to enter the accessory as free. I bought the same phone a few months ago from another cricket location and it was in fact the $199 price. This promo should have been clearly explained and the receipt, but it wasn’t. The staff said, they are not the other cricket store. I will definitely be moving my three lines to a different service. Honesty with customers is important and I don’t appreciate the lack of disclosure and not having a choice on if I wanted a phone accessory or not.

Website says they are open but when we got there noone was around. Rang the doorbell noone answered. There was no closed sign anywhere. So basically waisted part of my time to go there when i WAS going to get setup with a plan and such
