I signed up for the fed ex app that help track my packages. I have clear instructions to leave my package close to my door. This way it's not exposed to the inclement weather conditions. Today I had a big shipment 5 big packages and the delivery driver decided to leave my package in the driveway next to the garage which is exposed to everything and not in the view of my ring doorbell camera. On top of that I'm missing a package. I'm highly upset with the service provide today. I was not home at the time of delivery and my package was left out in the opening for almost 3 hours.
