Very poor costumer service only two people working, the lady instead of work and helping Zach she just was just standing instead of help, get mad cause costumer bring their coins to deposit and in a rude way telling that they will have to wait 10 minutes on the line instead of getting to help him could not catch her name but it’s and old lady with glasses

Bassma is wonderful!!! Very helpful, kind, and patient. She was professional and made sure to protect the account information when visiting. Also took the time to review my girlfriend's account settings & recommended the best fit for her. She even reviewed financial goals & made the appropriate recommendation based on her needs. She understood what to offer & when to be considerate of her decision too. I thought she was understanding, knowledgeable, and efficient. Highly recommend 10/10.Staff behind the Teller line were also very welcoming into the branch & helped us check in for the appointment (which Bassma actually took us right away from the Lobby as we were walking in).

Have large amount of money in this bank.Stopped in and requested a printout of my deposits and withdrawals for the past10 months.Secretary stated she can't do that,but only a few months.Calledcustomer assistanc long wait on phone and than disconnected.Called back another long wait.Spoke with a Supervisor who told me we can mail you a copy for$5.00 Dollars.If this is the type of Customer service that you are looking for this is the Bank for you.

Absolutely Terrible customer service! I had to leave after waiting 45 minutes. Very unprofessional the teller was not very helpful and after waiting 45 minutes for the personnel banker/ manager to cancel a simple money order. I was completely ignored by the personal banker/manger. She went on to help another customer that arrived after us knowing full well what we were waiting on and continued to ask the teller what I was waiting on. Not sure training can fix this problem!Looking to change banks!

We have been banking for about 15 yrs with this bank. Started our Refinance and they just ignored our paperwork for about over 3 months. We were totally being ignored and the mortgage officer always had same excuses and felt as if though he must have placed our paperwork in the trash can. Anyway we kept insisting sending emails , calling him to check updates since he had no curtesy of keeping us updated. We are now so ready to find another bank and stop banking here! It’s time to move on!!

She ruined my evening with her ignorance. I was assisted by the manager who has been transferred from the Homer Glen location. I was interested in learning more about the new momentum checking account and really wish I hadn’t wasted my afternoon doing so. She would speak over me and would not listen to my questions or concerns. Someone please speak to her as she mentioned she has over 10 plus years working for Fifth Third. It’s none of her business why I withdrawal “my money” from my account. I felt harassed and unwelcome.She was the manager so I had no one else I could potentially speak to at that moment about the situation.All my last experiences at this location have been pleasant. I normally bank at the Lockort location.I’d give it a zero star if I could.

Came here to primarily use the ATM in their after hours. At least they have very new ATMs that aren't a hassle with your card like most of the ATMs are. Overall it's a newer location, fair amount of parking spaces, never too much going on here

My wife thinks this bank is great. I use PNC for my banking. I had to deposit 2 of my paychecks at this bank into our joint account. The checks, as always, were made out to Jack with my last name. Butt my I.D. Says John. Does anybody in the world not know that Jack is a nick name for John. So they said I need to get my checks redone if I want to deposit them at 5/3. They can kiss my a***

I considered myself a valued customer at 5/3 bank, but not anymore. I am planning to close my account. I came into this bank on December 20 to cash the bonus check that I got from my job so that I could go Christmas shopping to buy gifts. I was told by the bank manager that the check could not be cashed because it did not look like other checks from my company. I was surprised and didn't understand why. The check looks exactly like all checks from my company which has been in business for over 50 years. Also, I have more than enough money in my account to cover the check, so it didn't make sense. I was embarrassed, because there were other people in line behind me. I told the bank manager, no problem, I will go to my other bank, and they will cash it. My other bank cashed it with no problem. 5/3 Bank has just lost my business.
