I got my haircut today here and I absolutely love it! I had a lot cut off and it looks amazing. Rita did so good and she talked to me the whole time and gave me tips on products to use for my hair and she was so nice.

About a thirty minute wait. Took my son to this location for the first time and they did a choppy job. Went to my usual location and without me even saying anything, they agreed it looked bad.

Should be 1/2 ⭐️. I had real long hair and Sabrina practically butcher my hair I told her off my face took way more in the back and she kept cutting and cutting and cutting inch by inch now I almost have a Marine crew cut she said it was good.
That’s why I waited a year to get cut the best Great Clips Cutter was Samantha at Lockport IL. she trimmed with comb and scissors. I’m mad I didn’t stop her at first sign of dog clippers.

I can’t recommend this place. But this location should be called “Basic Clips”.
