“I would like to give a special thank you to Keri the manager on duty. She was the best after a long trying day. I had booked a room with a different hotel for a convention around the area but after seeing the condition of that hotel I immediately cancelled. I had just drove over 2 hours to get to Romeoville, had little money, had worked all night, and had missed the first day of the convention. I walked into Comfort Inn just to see if I could find accommodations for me, my sister, and disabled aunt. Not only did we find such a thing, but Keri walked us step by step through a layout of the room, the breakfast area, and found us a discount for the convention we were attending. She made an otherwise bad day really better. Me and my family are glad to see people like her still exist in the world and I hope she gets nothing but wonderful customers from here on out because she was really just the best”
“My wife & I stayed here a couple of day's while I attended orientation with a trucking company. The staff are wonderful. Clean room's and comfortable beds. We highly recommend if your in the Romeoville IL area and need a hotel this is your place. Oh great rates also. The Penningtons from South Carolina”
