“I would like to give a special thank you to Keri the manager on duty. She was the best after a long trying day. I had booked a room with a different hotel for a convention around the area but after seeing the condition of that hotel I immediately cancelled. I had just drove over 2 hours to get to Romeoville, had little money, had worked all night, and had missed the first day of the convention. I walked into Comfort Inn just to see if I could find accommodations for me, my sister, and disabled aunt. Not only did we find such a thing, but Keri walked us step by step through a layout of the room, the breakfast area, and found us a discount for the convention we were attending. She made an otherwise bad day really better. Me and my family are glad to see people like her still exist in the world and I hope she gets nothing but wonderful customers from here on out because she was really just the best”
“I booked last minute and booked for the wrong day. They had 1 room left when I arrived. The staff immediately canceled my wrong date booking and got me in the available room. The room was clean. The only thing I personally did not care for was the bed was very low to the ground however, I wont discredit the hotel for that. The room i was able to book was a handicap accessible room and I believe that is why the bed may have been lower. Quiet hotel and friendly staff. Close to Chicago”

“My staying at the romeoville location was a wonderful experience. The staff was always with a great actitud. Always fresh coffee. Especially Yvette the receptionist. I definitely recommend the staying there either for business or for please.”
