they don't even deserve 1 star. had my tie rod replace with a alignment. as I was swaping out my tires I check the front end. to my amazement there was no grease, and the grease fitting fell off as I grease it. the other side did not have a grease fitting. many people know the important of greasing moving parts. such ignorance is not acceptable and cause many future problems and unnesserary cost. I was really impressed as I walk in the shop but the work is bogus. they lost me as a potential customer

I needed tires for my wife’s truck and saw that this place was open on Sunday, I was greeted by Jose and we went over what I needed and he and his team got me out of there in no time and was very pleased with the service and will come back for future tire needs!

Woke up this morning to a nail in my tire went straight to Ideal Tires. I ask is it fixable or should I get another tire. He said no he can fix it. A lot of places will scam you for a buck to have temporarily customers. Been coming to this same location for years. And one is closer to my house. Lol

I went here to get an alignment waited like 2hrs then the mechanic told me they couldn’t do it b/c my car had been in accident and he actually left my tires more crooked than they were and I still was charged. Took my truck to Joliet suspension they got it done without no problem.

The nicest most honest mechanics I’ve met in 38 years tires are installed quickly oil change is done quickly they even gave me a discount for multiple repairs I recommend these people to anyone that has ever been taxed by trash mechanics! Give them a try they are super honest and the only place I take all 5 of my cars to. Gracias ideal tires por todo lo que Han hecho! Son Los mejores

I spent over 1000 $ on shocks and struts ,And they did not align my wheels after the second time I took it up there, Alley mechanic. Update three years later, New mechanic said shocks was purchased from China cause to mess up my whole front end shocks and struts super cheap!
