First time for us to file with Jackson Hewitt. I have to say it was a very good experience. Taxes prepared by Angela Earl at this location and felt very comfortable and she answered all our questions professionally. Took her time and made sure we understood everything. I had prepared my taxes online using TurboTax. Something wasn’t adding up so I decided to try an actual tax preparer. Therefore I decided to try Jackson Hewitt. Now the reason I am giving it a one star is because of the ridiculous fees I was charged. The total amount of fees I was charged came out to over 500 dollars for a simple tax return with one dependent. I was never told the prices of what I was going to be charged until after the work was done. If I would have known I would have just walked out. Don’t get me wrong, the service was great and the tax preparer was very professional, but why pay hundreds of dollars when there are places that can do it for significantly less or even free! My refund ended up being the same from TurboTax but now it’s less because of the fees

I have to say that I have went to Jackson Hewitt many times in the past, but our experience this time was by far the best! Angela who took care of us, was not only professional but personable at the same time. We felt confident in trusting all of tax needs with no worries. Safe and secured all of our info.
